- Former fishing village, Trindade is a charming coastal region known for its long sandy beaches, such as Praia dos Ranchos and the reserved Praia do Cachadaço, which has a natural pool full of colorful tropical fish. The trails in Serra da Bocaina National Park cross dense Atlantic forest until reaching waterfalls and natural pools. Casual bars and restaurants overlook the sea and serve locally caught fish.

Ah, I see you found our secret place! Not many foreign tourists know about Trindade. I went there many times in the 90s. There wasn't asphalt reaching the village, so it was really secluded. The nightlife near the beach is also a thing for young people. It has a Jamaican vibe, lots of hippies, reggae music, etc.
Well I probably wouldn't have found out about it had I not gone to Paraty. It really is a wonderful chill place. Even 10 years ago from photos I saw, it was not very built up.

Yeah really nice beaches there. I don't use a mic, straight out of the camera. I didn't notice the audio being that bad but could be better.
It was paradise, but now...no words. At least the beaches on the paukista side are protected by the state park listed by UNESCO as a world heritage site. Trindade was not as lucky 😢
That is really unfortunate. We need to protect our nature and wildlife.
noticed video is uploaded in 1080.... it gets the av1 codec.... upmix the 1080 to 4k and 60Mbps and youtube gives you the vp9 codec (better quality)
Yeah I filmed this video after you mentioned that to me the last time. Won't it appear as 4k for the viewer even though it technically isn't?
You like that region more than Regiao dos Lagos?
I'd say I prefer Arraial do Cabo, Buzios more but Paraty, Ilha Grande and Trindade still are worth visiting at least once if you likes beaches.
