Looks lovely by day , but by night 🌙 be scared , very scared ! 🧛♂️ 🦇 🧛♀️. Romania 🇷🇴 is an awesome country. Hope you guys are having a wonderful summer ☀️.
@@davidellis5141 haha 😂 The folklore in Romania is great!
Why will you be scared? România is a very safe country, the old villages are wonderful ❤️ simple beautiful life
You didn't get the memo😅😅!@@gabia.6213
@dittehompoth1469 lRomania is a country with many minorities and, of course religions. The main religion is Orthodox Christian, followed by Catholic, Muslim, and other branches of the Baptist, Pentecostal churches.
People have no ethnic or religious differences, they have been living like this for thousands of years.
@@danielacontras7303 "...they have been living like this for thousands of years." Well, not exactly. Religious freedom was first declared by the Torda assembly in 1568. But that was in Hungary and not in Romania, since Transylvania had been a part of Hungary from 896-1920. Only the treaty of Trianon in 1920 made it possible for Romania to annect Transilvania from Hungary by the support of the Entente powers. That's how 1,8 million native Hungarians, and 500k Saxons who had been invited by the Hungarians to settle down in Transylvania in the 12-14th century and were lliterally sold to East-Germany by Ciaucescu became all of a sudden minorities in their own native lands. The Saxons and Krauts vanished completely but the Hungarians are still there as a very strong minority despite all the efforts that aimed their assimilation and migration.
I am a Romanian from rural Suceava. I was adopted very young. You are a beautiful and very warm couple. I enjoy seeing your travelling experiences and I hope that Romania or wherever your travels take you will bring you continued joy and blessings . 🇷🇴 🙏
Good afternoon from Papua New Guinea. I enjoyed watching your contents.
Thank you for showing the fantastic Transylvania atmosphere)
Glad to see new videos from you guys! Don’t give up with CZcams it’s nice to see your travels even if it’s every once in a while. I imagine that you guys are probably working full time now but please don’t feel like you have to post every week to make this channel worthwhile.
Thank you, so glad you enjoyed it! 😊 Yes, we are working full time back in the US so it’s difficult to keep up with the CZcams channel. Glad we finally got our last ‘full time’ travel video edited and published!
Romania is the most beautiful country in the world, Wonderful people, safe, the best food ❤🇷🇴
We loved our time in Romania 🇷🇴
Only someone who hasn't seen other places can say such a ridiculous thing.
@@sebastianstoica578Dacă nu-ți place țara ta, ești liber sa pleci unde crezi ca rezonezi, doar că acolo unde te naști îți sunt rădăcinile și energia. Rușine!
@@sebastianstoica578 I agree...although Romania IS very beautiful indeed. Yet---no more beautiful than some of the other countries of the world, with their own gorgeous locations. There are so many spectacular places in the world---there could never be an agreement on the MOST beautiful one. It can't be narrowed down to just one--too much competition! Anyone who tries to claim that THEIR country is the most beautiful has either: 1) Not done much--or--any international travel
2) Is speaking from a personal bias
3) Is basing opinion on a strong sense of love/loyalty toward country
rather than fact
Thank you very much for your nice words about this country!
We know that there are many things to improve here, but as a whole I think that Romania is a beautiful country, worth visiting.
You are a very lovely couple and we wish you all the best!
Thank you!
@@KeepGoingPlaces you're welcome guys!
You should do more village vlogs in Romania 🇷🇴,I love this series
The Prince’s Trust operates the property you were discussing (Now King Charles). We were there in 2022 October and had a very nice tour of it. King Charles has done a lot research about the wildflowers and nature in this part of Romania. He has a very special interest in the nature there. We were told that he does in fact visit there and has stayed there in the past.
Thanks for the additional info!

tricksters😂, you have been in Romania for almost a year, it means you liked it. I've been following your blogs lately. Yes, congratulations, and I wish you as much vacation time as possible.🎉❤✌️
You know it’s a small town when the biggest traffic jam is caused by geese crossing the road and horses being the school bus. Peak rural vibes! The dedication to preserving traditional Romanian village life in Viscri is truly heartwarming. It’s amazing to see the blend of history and daily life in such a picturesque setting. The fortified church is a stunning piece of history. It’s incredible to think about all the people who have worshipped there since the 1400s. Such a beautiful landmark.
Well said!
The village it's in Romania but it is not a traditional Romanian village.
It was built by the Saxon colonist, has 0 Romanian architecture and history.
@@zenzone5695Hahaha Saxon colonist, read some real history 🤦♀️
@@julesD0222 please provide me with some proof that I'm wrong.
I think that any cake that has fruit inside is called a tart in Romania
Yes- the tiles are from Viscri. There is an explanation of how they are made in the village.

I'm relieved you're safe and sound. It's been so long since your last video. I was thinking the worst.

Hi friend 🧡 i enjoy watching your video 👍 good luck 👍
Once you get the chance to step back in time it gets into your blood stream and brings a lot of happiness doesn't it? Lovely video😊
Yes!
Such a beautiful place, like Transylvania in general. I was wondering how you travelled. By car? One of the downsides of the region is that public transport is almost non-existent. We could not even find a taxi in nearby Rupea, we were told there isn't any.
Yes, we rented a car for the trip!
Hello from Panamá 👋
Beautiful video, you give lot of information about this place 👍👍👍
come to the area of Moldavia and Romania, in the area of Neamt: Bicaz Gorges, Bicaz Dam and Lake, Ceahlău Mountain, Văratec and Agapia Nunneries (among the largest in the Orthodox world in terms of number of monks), Neamț Monasteries and hermitages: Pângărați, Bistrita, Horaita, Horăicioara, Neamț, Pocrov, Secu, Sihăstria, Sihla, Daniil Sihastru, etc.. The Neamț Citadel from Târgu Neamț, the Ion Creangă memorial house, the history museum and the Eneolithic museum from Piatra Neamț with the vestiges of the oldest civilization in Europe, etc.. Come to the Neamtlu area!
I wish I could go back to Romania but they are part of the Schengen now and I used up my Schegen time..
You guys were really pleasant to watch, it is quite sad to see you had to give up on it😢 Anyways, hope you both are happy with your life now...
Thank you 😊
Brilliant 🫵🇬🇧
Beautiful video. And you guys are always so positive and amazing. I hope you enjoy your stays and maybe come back to Romania sometimes, there's more o it :)
Thank you! We’d love to one day! 😊
Would be even more interesting if you mentioned the german inscriptiones. Transylvanian Saxons settled there
Mi-a fost dor de voi 😊
🤗 Glad you enjoyed the video!
This is hands down the best Romania series on all of CZcams. Do you have anymore videos coming after this?
Thank you! 😊 Glad you enjoyed it! Right now, we don’t have any plans to post new travel videos. If that changes we’ll definitely let you know!
Glad to see the last video in the series. Home Texas is treating you right! Do you think one day you guys will go back out and travel full-time again? I went to Lithuania on April 1st and got the currency and passport stamp because of watching your video. Did 22 countries in 2+ months in March-May of this year. So ready to head back out on another adventure. Thank you for this video!❤️
Thank you! 😊 We’re doing well. We for sure will get back out full time traveling one day, just not sure when.
Although posted only a few days ago, obviously this was filmed years ago if they are still referring to “Prince Charles”.
Don't want to break your party here but Charles is already King, sorry I am back from the future!

Interesting that this video was added on 13 july 24 and mention Prince Charles... witch is now King Charles III of UK, for almost 2 years now! (since September 2022)
Woah, does this mean you guys are back to releasing vids?
We don’t have any plans right now to publish new travel videos, but will let you know when we do!
Why did you delete my comment. To each their opinion nothing wrong with getting married over there
How old is this? Charles has been King for more than a year
Filmed in Summer of 2022
So this is basically an open air museum. It is a dead place with a few people to keep the show going. Beautiful, but what is the future after everyone is gone.
☝️👏❤️😊
Ai descoperit și tu netul de mare viteză din România.
This Hungarian village! Transylvania became Romania only after the first World war!
King Charles own that house and few more in Maramures region, he is going in Romania every single year and spends few weeks there, he like Romania because of the bio food and even he has a shop opened in London and Glasgow with natural jam and natural honey, sirops and dips from Romania but not many people they know in UK that products are coming from Romania and are saled in King Charles personal shop
In Maramures king Charles has a house in region Breb, totally preserved as authentic Romanian village with all the historical beauty, visit that to when you have a chance
De ce nu traduceți în Romana
What? Prince Charles? The future king? Wtf😮😮😮 U guys living in the past?😮😮😮

Prince Charles??? You must update your info, prince Charles has become king Charles III for almost 2 years!!! First day after coronation, he camed to Viscri. I thnk that cute italian Fiat is a russian Lada 😂😂😂P.S.-your boyfriend/husband should make ASMR videos
This was filmed in Summer 2022 and we just got around to publishing the video.

where's the dracula
he's impaling some h.ungarians in the countryside.
You found the only crackhead meth addicted cat in the world and you chose it as the beginning of a video titled "Romanian Village Life in Transylvania"
he is already King, not future, since 6 May 2023...
are you coming back to Latvia any time soon??
Not yet, but we’d love to visit again one day!
That is not a romanian village ,ALL those houses are german ,and where build by germans ,they left and now there are romanians there
Do you mean forced to leave not left!!
@@dittehompoth1469Correct 100/💯, there are also Romanian houses, but not in this area. Saxon constructions in the archaic-medieval style predominate here.✌️
