I can assure you if Canelo does not carry Mayweather like Joshua did not with Ngannou, Masvidal will have to retire. There is no way to escape in Boxing if you do not have Power, speed or defense solid enough ; and Masvidal is not a professional Boxer although he has very solid hands for an Mma fighter.
What separates Boxing from Mma is you can carry your opponent in Boxing, it is harder in Mma.
Asking for à Boxer to go to Mma is unfair as a Boxer would have to Learn everything from scratch meanwhile an Mma fighter have a step in Boxing and is not as limited with other styles so yeah 😅

What people don't realize is that Boxers punch significantly harder, faster and with better technique than MMA guys. It won't even be a close match. Even against the much smaller guy. Which is why a guy like mayweather who was significantly smaller than McGregor was the much harder puncher than the bigger guy. Mayweather literally just walked through McGregor like he was nothing. If he fights Canelo it would be more of an execution than a fight.
People should it's quite obvious someone who just trains to punch is gonna be way better than someone who has to do jiujitsu, wrestle, knee, elbow kick and punch

I'm a huge MJW fan but nah man, Masvidal would quite literally beat the piss out of him.
