Hi Lilly, I've been doing your workouts for a month now, like 30 or 20 minutes each. I don't really diet because I don't eat much junk food or high calorie foods but I still look the same. I started the workout to lose belly fat but I noticed that my upper body is a lot stronger than before. I just want to know what I can do again to lose some body fat.
@@mathildequinn I've tried cardio before but maybe I'll try it out again, I've mostly done waist and belly workouts because I'm okay around my lower body
Youll probably need to lower your calorie intake. You cant spot reduce fat so no amount of core workouts will change how much fat you have around your belly and waist if youre not in a calorie deficit.
Youll have to lower your calorie intake. If you look up satiating low calorie foods you should find some good options to keeo you full while helping you stay in a deficit. Some resistance training and plenty of protein is great too.
Pls start with self compassion. Talk kindly to urself. Then start exercising from self love than self hate. U will start feeling more attractive and this vibe will be picked up by ur husband also. If u feel disgusted at urself how can u expect ur husband to be attracted to urself if u feel like shit? Change ur inner voice first. and don't be in a rush to cut calories. Nourish ur body. Move 15mins daily with soft easy movement like walking, yoga, plates, avoid the difficult poses. Then after a few months add in resistance training 3 times a week along with some sports or dance that u enjoy for cardio. Avoid hiit & intermittent fasting as u are a mom and u wld be having so many responsibilities, so naturally ur cortisol levels will be high so don't push it any further with more stress inducing activities like I said, that would actually prevent ur fat loss.

I went on a heavy cortisone medication and i gained 5kgs. Im not overweight but i miss being slim and if anyone had advice pls let me know
