Bodycam: ‘Evil’ Mom and Girlfriend Allegedly Killed 8-Year-Old, Hid His Body in Attic

- An Ohio mom described as “evil” by her brother was charged with murder after the body of her eight-year-old son was found in their attic on June 28. Lashanda Wilder told Columbus police that she and her girlfriend, Johnna Lowe, hadn’t seen Martonio Wilder since the night before. Police issued a search for the young boy while Wilder and Lowe left the home with the boy’s siblings without telling officers their whereabouts. Martonio’s body was found in Wilder’s attic the next day. Wilder and Lowe both turned themselves in without incident. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the disturbing case.

As a mother, my first impression, is that she is acting like she knows he is dead, right off the rip. If my 8 year old wandered off, I would not be sitting around crying, I would be tearing the neighborhood apart... She is not, which tells me, she does know he is gone...

U hit the nail on the head. My husband worked with her and her GF. They had multiple calls from CPS throughout the years, she talked about him as if she hated him like he was a grown man. She was a disturbed woman and her family (the aunt) gave an interview saying how terrible she felt that she coukdnt have saved him and how CPS failed 😢him.
So true. Then usually once they are interviewed by a detective they stay silent and afraid to look guilty. Innocent people during interrogations lose their mind when treated like they are guilty. But guilty get quiet and deny with no anger. They try and stay calm.

They'd come over and interview us in front of my mom and step dad and then leave.....we learned after the first severe beating that they leave after you tell on your parents .....my trust for people has always been tough

There's two houses, the moms house and the GFs house, the blue house is the GFs house, the GF called the police and notified them she was surrendering at that blue house and to come pick her up, she did not resist, but her family started resisting over the GFs phone which is a primary piece of evidence.
