The running into the stands catch against arch rival Boston, the over the shoulder catch on openning day. the homeruns: on openning day, 3000th hit, leading off the world series game, the flip, the last hits at home and at Fenway. Good interview but those weird crazy so called fun questions at the end i could do without. Thats like something you do in grammar school, it’s like a childish lame version of Michael Kay’s centerstage, at least make the questions mature, relevant, and interesting. Lol wtf. Weird him calling Jeter a little bitch, what did he take an edible before the show? Did he really say that 😳 😂 And why the hell are they cutting out the tv clips in this youtube channel? Why in gods name would you do that? Makes no sense. Can we get it together here?? Also he should stop trying to keep a strict time limit on the show, just let them talk for an hour or two. Thats how you get the good stories. Also the George bush story was cool and everything and i want to love and respect that but the fact of the matter is George bush jr. was working for enemies of this country and still is in his retirement. I wasn’t proud of him throwing that ball and its unfortunate but he’s guilty of treason, and the people puppeteering him that he works for whether bush consciously knew it or not are responsible for the twin towers being attacked whether they had a direct hand in it or whether it was from complete incompetence. They could have stopped it easily and chose not to. They use the terrorists to do their dirty work. Love Jeter though, class act, entertaining interview I’m a lifelong Yankee fan from Queens. Hope you all enjoyed my rant. 😉

Only 260 hr, no mvp, no batting titles, only led the league in hits 1 time and runs 1 time, other than that he led the league in at bats and plate appearances (so he stayed healthy), significantly low defensive numbers. Actually advanced stats list him one of the worst defensive ss ever. He is known for “intangibles “ but even that is over blown. For instance he is known as clutch player but his career WPA was 0.02 (basically neutral) his post season WPA was only 0.07 (basically neutral) for reference David Ortiz’s (greatest post season clutch player) WPA was 3.2 in only half the at bats Jeter had in post season play. So he absolutely should not have even been close to unanimous and probably should not have been 1st ballot. But he should be in for playing so long and getting 3,000 hits. Just my opinion. I’m not a yankee fan so I don’t consider him the best thing since slice bread. I do think he was a model of class for a big leaguer. So was Dustin Pedroia though.

People look at Jeter with rose colored glasses. Not the nicest guy and incredibly boring. Watching paint dry is more entertaining. Also, a deserving hall of famer, but overrated career

@@mikewhite4560 don't need to explain them. They are there for you to see. You can see his negative defensive war and that he is statistically the worst defensive shortstop since 1900.

Great interview, but whoever wrote those lame ass questions at the end should be fired immediately.
