Having the goat that gains strength when its allies attacks with the bat that attacks when its allies gains strength seems like it could go infinite. Especially if you got the equipment that mitigates RNG
Man, that would be a fun combo!
Yes that setup actually goes crazy, i had it together with the otter that attacks twice, with the axe that gives +2 str on attacks, so it was actually busted
Im very deep into trial runs and it gets more and more fun, which is great. Usually ascension runs make games harder, with only tiny or even no benefits. Dicefolk found a good balance between challenge and opening up for new strategies. Great game!

Crazy combo! The iridescent snail is so cool with the frozen sword. I'm a little sad that 3rd chimera was no useful.

Yeah, that Guard for every enemies seems not that fun.

Not finished with the video yet so idk if this pops up later, but you do revive at the end of a floor.
With Trial 5 giving all enemies Guard, what does that mean the later levels will give? That seems like a very big buff, considering all bosses got guard on Trial 3, pretty big jump to just be like 'now all enemies have it as well'.
It’s still manageable, but for sure it gets tougher going forward.
The last 2/3 trials become really challenging but it wasn’t impossible to complete!
I wanted to get into this game, but I wanted to ask, what happens when a creature dies? I really disliked how in dd2 a character death effectively ends your run
They are gone until you revive them which is not _super_ easy to do, but possible while just exploring. If you make it through a zone everyone gets revived and fully healed though. It is 100% not the end of a run, but should definitely be avoided.
