As a guitar maker I just got this HyVibe rig from France. I cannot wait to install this amazing advanced system in my next Dreadnought. Thank You Lag/HyVibe.
This guitar is too amazing and this video is too important to have so few views. This instrument is a game-changer, but I only happened across its existence quite randomly. What do you think about the idea of a giveaway to help get the word out both about Lag guitars with the HyVibe system and the recent release of the HyVibe system for installation on other guitars?
Excited to find one to play and maybe buy! An touchscreen interface should be considered for future design. Something you can download backing tracks to would be awesome. Something you can easily replace by simply taking out and installing a new one when an upgrade is needed. Lots of possibilities for expanding the capabilities with that kind of device. Love what you've done already and look forward to the future of LAG Hyvibe!

You guys are just awesome coming up with the coolest guitar on earth so far with built in. I bought a lower model though I have try out the smart guitar. It is expensive but value for money. Saving it for another right now enjoying the one I've bought LAG TRAMONTANE T88DCE Model. I just love the sound 👍 The rain also sounds cool 😍
I ordered my Hyvibe 30 in January and is still on back order.... driving me crazy, cannot wait for it to arrive.

Hey Chris, do you find the pure acoustic sound of yours is good? Is it lacking in base and projection?
@@Jdb63 because of the thicker top for less Feedback, it is a Little flat on the Bass side.
But i like the pure Sound.
Hi great idea and nice guitars to. For and alot of other people would prefer the travel size guitar. That means you dont have to take a little amp with and great for busking. So I'm waiting for lauch the Travel version of the HyVibe and hopefully so are alot of other people to. Great job guys well done. Martyn.
These guys are biased because they are related to LAG but I can say this guitar is one of the best buys I ever made ....its such a nice guitar to play even without the effects but they blend so well and its so much fun man and I just cannot put it down ....I thought it was a gimmic but its actually an amazing guitar and I sold my martin and dont regret it though I thought I would I dont ....This is better and you might think it expensive but in my honest opinion its actually under priced, If you are learning it saves you loads of time with built in tuner and metronome which is very useful but I have found other uses....looper is great bluetooth (get the footswitch peddle though) bluetooth great for playing along with backing and it has a input?? I think that takes extra effects but I even plugged my electric guitar into it and used it for a mini amp lol ....The effects are great and tweakable on a ap which is good as they needed it thro the PA ....This is probably the best guitar for creatives because there are so many possibilities. but for starters and intermediates its the best guitar in the world I think *honestly saying this because people often give up when the fad wears off but this guitar is very addictive....its a buskers dream,,,but its more than that this guitar grows with you. My advice that they missed - (get the looper footswitch and biggest tip I can give is strings because this makes a massive massive difference TRUST ME - I would reccomend Martin custom 11 silk and phospher strings with it MA130F X .... the guitar is amazing with these particular strings as they not only sound fantastic they bend easier (useful because of the effects in hyvibe) and also easier on your hands and this is important because you wont wanna put it down.this thing has been my best friend during the pandemic its a truely inspiring guitar Thats my review ...BUY ONE I am going to get another I think if they ever let me gig again...it is the best money i ever spent on any equipment I only wish this was out 20 years ago and if there was a noble prize for guitar innovation hyvibe would win hands down I think.

Ok. I have had a 10 for 1 year. Overall it approaches my dreams and expectations. Starting at the head, working down. Nice wood work. Tuning heads hold nicely. Nut seems solid; no wear seen. I wish there were fret markings on the neck because I play with others who watch my hands. Sound board and body. Nice work, but rather soft wood. After 1 year, there are several chips and scratches, a couple by the strap buckle, a couple even by my cat. Now to the hi vibe. Metronome, very useful. Tuner accurate, it lines up to most tuners. The software works great with the iPad, a bit annoying with Android. I use the octaver all the time for playing bass lines. It could use a 2nd page for effects presets. Also, it needs 2 timers for going to sleep. It is annoying that when it goes to sleep that the fx come back on at full volume. Annoying at band practices. It would be nice, if it came on with same fx settings. Looper is great. Tone, could project more bass, but overall happy. Solved it b yusing 12s for low E and A, and 11s for the rest. I’ve played 12s for 35 years; the action was really hard, and I am a bassist first. So I had to go 11s for softer action. Please fix the software sleep annoyance. Also, the hard case is great.
Can you pleases offer a version with inlay dots on the neck.
Can you connect to a Bluetooth amp?, or is the Bluetooth incoming only??
Do I need to purchase the 89.00 loop pedal to access the loop, or is that an enhanced add-on , (more bar options?) also how long to ship to USA?

Will this guitar be able to plug in a microphone though it for an all in one busking system ?
There is probably a way to do that, but you'll probably need a mixer to boost the signal of the mic. Others have tried sending signal from Hyvibe to a looper like the Boss RC3; but the input signal from the looper was pretty weak. Overall, I don't think this is designed to do what you're asking.
Does the app work on all phones or just. iPhones ?
The HyVibe mobile app is iOS and Android compatible.
Gimmicky
Just checking this out, and it looks great! A few questions: 1) Can you save a looped sequence for use later? 2) Is there a difference in sound between a looper sequence compared to if you record a guitar part and playback through Bluetooth? 3) If I install the kit into one of my Martins will it sound and function as good as the Lâg-built guitars? I am trying to decide whether to install or just get a Lâg. Don't really need any more guitars, but want this system.
1) Yes you can save a loop, after all loop recordings, they end up in the playback section. You can select or erase any. 2) Not much difference but it depends on how the Bluetooth streamed tune were recorded. 3) The Hyvibe system is sold on its own but you have have it installed very carefully to obtain good performances.
It would be good to have the 30 with the gig bag. My son prefers to carry his on his back

How many bars in total does the looper go to? I was considering between your guitar, or the Lava Me 3, but decided on yours mainly because of the reputation of your guitars quality build. And my experience buying things from China hasn’t been very good, and found your guitars are sold at Guitar Center here in USA, which I know then, if there is a problem I can easily get ahold of them! I just ordered the THV10DCE yesterday! But could not find any information on how many bars in total the looper can record. I do have a couple suggestions just from watching reviews. If you could update firmware to include some drums, or so it can overdub at least one more track, so we could just tap out our own beats on guitar then, play rhythm part on top of that, and then jam along, that would make many of us buskers very happy! I have a battery powered looper with drums I can run through the guitar, but would be great just to have to bring the guitar alone. Can’t wait til it’s delivered! But from all the great reviews, and your reputation, I’m sure I will love it! Thank you!
You can record 100 bars in the looper.
Will Upgrade be physical or new Firmware?
New upgrade will be firmware.
I think this is probably not the case but does the hyvibe system allow you to record the guitar as MIDI into a DAW, like the fish man triple play does?
Due do the technology, the system is only audio treatment, so the HyVibe system is not MIDI capable.
what's the model number for the darker coloured guitar? i like the look of it.
THV10DCE
Has anyone that has one of these found that this guitar opened up after playing awhile? I received my THV20 today and I'm a little disappointed in the sound, but I'm hoping it's just a result of being shipped in cold weather where it will take a few days to open. It's missing a deep booming low end which is unusual for a dreadnought, but it's also missing a clear high end. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Well it wasn't the cold. The guitar still sounds pretty lifeless. I'm hoping its just the generic strings shipped with these that is causing this issue. I'm having it setup and restrung by a guitar tech now so I'll update this comment again in about a week. If it doesn't sound any better then I'm convinced I got a faulty unit

Just got it back from the shop with a lower action and new Medium Light strings and it sounds so much better! I'm very happy with my purchase now.
To anyone reading this change the strings on these things right away!
How you manage the batteries, how you change them?
It's a lithium ion rechargeable battery. It'll last many rechargeable cycles. But if you encounter a problem with it, you can replace it easily.

I saw on another CZcams channel you said there are no plans to add fret markers. I can understand on the fretboard itself as you want to keep a certain visual, but why not on the top part where your thumb holds it? It isn't a fretless bass!
It has markers on the side of the fret board.. at least mine does.

@@mitchellcastell5348 LAG Tramontane guitars are excellent in general. The play-ability, build quality and sound of them are shockingly good for the price point. Far and above Taylors that are sold at a similar price. In my opinion.
As far as the Hyvibe system goes (which adds about $500 to the price of a LAG), It works as advertised. It is probably the best guitar for playing unplugged available. I love the look on peoples face when they hear it and start looking for my amplifier lol!
My one knock on it though is plugged in. There is no onboard eq for some reason, you have to use the cell phone app; I like to be able to walk into a venue plug in, set everything and play; Also effects like reverb which sound perfect unplugged are over powering plugged in and the slider doesn't seem to help with that and the volume knob also controls the effect level which is awkward.
This could be fixed with an update, maybe an onboard eq or a live mode or tweaking in the future but as of this moment it's not available.
In other words, for unplugged performances or practice hyvibe is unbeatable. plugged in, bring something else unless you have time to eq and set up external effects before show time.
