I legitimately was professionally lost in 2022 and found this channel while doing research for new career paths and fell in love with the TA industry. I was unfortunately in a car accident last year that has limited my mobility to continue my career as a golf professional. I'm a chemical engineer and I was on the job hunt for most of my senior year. I've had decent interview processes and I've had some pretty bad ones.
I'm currently trying to get my fiancé hired (also a ChemE) and sending him job openings that come in through my email and LinkedIn. I think I may enjoy working as a technical recruiter, and I'll keep educating myself and find some entry-level/part-time recruiting roles.

Good information. On Indeed, when you are ready to schedule an interview, is it best to use their interview tool or your own Calendy that you have already set up when you send a message to the Candidate on Indeed?

i just started as a recruiter, they give me a job or 2 and all i do is try to find someone interested and who meets the requirements, then if i do i send that person off to my boss and thats it, but i am having so much trouble just finding people for the jobs, any help?
