  • Here is an 8-minute Chest Lift & Shape Workout for you ladies. We don't want to go too heavy when it comes growing our chest. All you need is a set of lighter dumbbells and a mat or a towel to get started! Here are 8 exercises with a no repeat workout.

    So should these exercises be done everyday or just a few times a day?

      Hi. We recommend doing this workout 2 to 4 times a week and rotating it with other strength and cardio workouts.

      Hi! The blue weights are 5 pounds and the black ones are 8 pounds. Hope this helps!
