Your comparing different sections of the same fanbase. Most spurs fans know this is a building season and didn't really expect much from this season it was always Gona be up and down. There's a section though that are reactionary and want everything now. They think a manager should just turn up and win it all because they added a couple of players to an average squad. That's who your hearing from now. Ange needs time an shouldn't be judged until next season but some people don't have the patience for that unfortunately.

Each of the 3 managers you mentioned got to at least a semi-final in a major cup competition in their first season. Arteta won that year's FA Cup, City lost in the semis and Liverpool lost in the Europa Final. What has Ange done?

He is suffering from exactly the same situation a Harry Redknapp, Mourinho, Poch and Conte. Constant interference from Daniel Levy, and the inability to buy and sell the players he wants because Daniel will only do bargain basement deals with cosy long term contracts for players who are destined coast along. Tottenham Hotspur needs a proper Manager, not merely a head coach. The players know that they only need to do enough to stay on the payroll, and poor old Ange cannot do what he needs to do. He has to go cap in hand to Daniel Levy. It is NOT Ange's fault. He is just the latest in a long line of frustrated so-called "managers" taken in by Daniel Levy with promises of control that do not materialise. Both are system based coaches that initially 'transformed' the way their clubs played - getting good results, being a breath of fresh air while walking into dysfunctional clubs. The coach is the biggest problem at Tottenham. An excellent and experienced coach can enthuse his players and entice the players to great achievements. The current coach has too little experience, because he always puts the weak defenders on the field, which results in bad results.
We would like to propose to appoint Dennis Bergkamp as the new talented coach!
If Ange has got any balls about him he'll get rid of the following....Royal, Bissouma, Skipp, Richarlison, Hojbjerg, Davies, Lo Celso, Bentancur and Sarr. The whole squad needs a rebuild.

1/ they had a flying start to the season, 26 points from the first 10 games. Since then they've taken a measly 34 from a possible 72 (P24, W10, L10, D4) On current form they would be sitting ELEVENTH in the league
2/ All the other teams around them...Villa, Man U, Brighton, Chelsea...are showing the same kind of indifferent form.
