    I’m so grateful for your videos. You are compassionate but also direct. I have shed so much bad energy in my life with your advice. One quote that resonated was from a different video, something like “don’t hold onto bitterness, that’s not freedom, that’s a prison.” It is so hard to let go of the sorrow because you feel like it’s protecting you somehow.

    Interesting sometimes it doesn’t matter what you do for someone it’s not appreciated and I find that am bending over back because I am afraid they won’t like me
