- Honda has officially released three new electric motorbikes to the market simultaneously, these are the Cub e:, Dax e: and Zoomer e: which are aimed at young bikers.
Having compact dimensions and being quite cute, of course the three products that are part of the Honda e: family are designed for the needs of short distances in urban areas.
With a brightly colored appearance and an iconic design, these three are indeed more suitable to be called electric bicycles because they have pedals to go manually.
The three electric motorbikes take design inspiration from the legendary Honda Super Cub, Dax and Zoomer motorbikes which have unique concepts. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Really hope Honda makes an electric version of the MotoCompo.

Maybe top speed of 30-35kph and a comfortable pedal assist.

These 3 toys are selling for more or less CNY6000 in China. But the maximum speed is only up to 40km (After software unlock)
Not bad for about $800 usd. Needs to be faster though for adult use. 70 kph or more, that puts it with their 50cc Ruckus/zoomer.
I do not want to use a Fucking Tracking App to start a bike !

Copying the American Rugikey-us 😅 Think you mean RUCKUS, but the Ruckus is a copy of the Japanese Zoomer since Japan made the thing in the 1st place 🤦♂️

Ruckus isn’t a copy of the zoomer, it’s just a rebranded name along with some minor differences differences.
@@Ethan.s.. yeah but I said that because this video says that the electric zoomer is inspired by the American Ruckus, as though America invented the thing rather than just rebranding it from the Japan Zoomer..
when in reality, the e-zoomer is an electrified variation inspired by the original zoomer, hence why they called it again zoomer, this video sounds like it is by Americans for Americans lol!..
@@CrustyBiker I understand what you mean. It is first and foremost a zoomer. I will note though, the original zoomer (AF58) stopped being made by 2013 & in most cases replaced with the zoomer X. That original style has only continued to be available in Canada & the US as the (nps50 / Ruckus) for almost a decade now.

I'm not sure I knew they were titled as AF58 I've had a UK spec zoomer for about nine years and I've just called it an NPS50 Zoomer this might explain why I've sometimes had trouble telling insurance companies what vehicle it is when they don't have option for zoomer or NPS50 on their drop down box, I know the Ruckus and Zoomer have different size spark plugs as I bought the Ruckus one which was too big, also Ruckus is carbs which seems to give them about 10mph better top speed, and also from 2002? They were given a crankcase breather valve which ours didn't and now our big end bearings give out around 25,000miles because the oil gets acidic from blow by gas from the piston that sits in the crankcase and pollutes it..

Minimum design effort Honda... I've seen more inspirational designs on Pinterest 😩
They do look pretty lame on first appearance, but they may grow on us, they idea is great and the size and shape of the electric components must play a part in the not so amazing design!?
@@CrustyBiker they will make these ugly bikes, then say North American sales are too low... This is the same company that makes the NSX & CBR!? :/

Yuk. Maybe OK for China but not for the west.
It’s only $800 usd. Triple that price point and put a decent power train on it and it would be appealing. Still, for $800 it has a 56 mile range.
would love one, at that price you cant even get a electric bicycle.. + the fact electric can be tuned so much easier. And honda parts market is just Huge. Just check what happend to the older ruckus, grom, monkey, dax. Longer swingarm/ bagged. Endless personalisation options
