- Here's some footage of a sign i made for my shop! ToolsToday provided me with some awesome Spektra CNC bits for this project that worked wonderfully! I used the 1/4" compression bit (46170-K) as a clearing tool and then the 60° V-Groove bit (RC-1148) to finish off the carving. I then used the compression bit again to run a profile cut with tabs and finished it of by chamfering the outer edges with the v bit! The Sign turned out great and needed no post processing other then removing the tabs! stay tuned for some more cool CNC projects!

I'm wanting to use a cnc machine at school and I was wondering if you have to use a certain program or if I could just use solidworks since that is what we have
Ricky Rappleyea I’m not sure about solid works but fusion 360 has cam toolpathing built in
@@WildRoseBuilds Ok thank you
yes thanks for let me know sir
Looks like the Plywood gave you a gift of mountain's and the sun! Very Cool!
The knot in the sky makes it look like a sunset
Cool. I always prism cut the profile with v bit first then use profile cutout . Saves a tool change .
Need. More. Videos... love these SPEKTRA bits
More to come! ;)
That came out great! I'm looking forward to this new addition to your channel.
I have a ton of awesome cnc projects lined up, im very excited to share them!

Looks great
Thanks!
I’m here for the relaxing feeling I get when watching this.
It just looks nice.
Jason Rietzke agreed :)
Your videos are always such a wonderful combination of mesmerizing, fascinating, and peaceful. Keep up the great work!
Thank you for the kind words!! 🙏🏼
Could watch that all day long. Fascinating!
Nice upload friend ,amazing work👍👍👍
OMG awesome
Thanks!!
So satisfying to watch! You projects/what you do is just awesome!
Great piece
Very cool!!! We want more)))
beautiful
Very nice video!!! pleasure to watch. just a question, would you tell me de rpm and speed rate for your 60 degree bit please!!
So awesome
Doing wood work is kinda hard but fun good job dude.
Imnotcool343 true! Very rewarding to make something out of wood! ☺️
heck, Ive wanted one of these for awhile now lol
such an awesome tool!
That looks great!
Thanks glad you like it!
IT'S AMAZING!!!
very cool!
That is great logo cutting video. Welcome to cnc cutting world. OMNI is the affordable cnc router manufacturer.
Hook me up 🙏🏼
I'd love to see this as an addition to the channel! The only thing is the CNC is that the CNC is pretty loud and uncomfortable when wearing headphones.
TheEvilVargon thanks for the feedback! I dropped it by I think -7db but i’ll have to figure that out for the next video!
That's bad ass
Awesome, thank you
Sick!!
Wow you might have more hobbies than me :). Another awesomely produced vid. Hey should should make a wildrose builds neon sign next.
That’s definitely on the todo list! Glad you enjoyed this!
What program are you using? And can you explain how you made the v-bit round the edges please?! Thanks!
In Vectric Aspire it is (Vcarve/Engraving Toolpath including flat area clearance tool)
At first glace I thought that straight bit was toast.
Thats real nice :)
Not Jannet 🙏🏼 thankyou thankyou!
Great vid but the noice from the drill part was terrible if you where using headphones
Nope, just a terrible noise no matter how you listen... but indeed, a great video
I actually enjoyed that noise lol.
Why the milling bit was so colorful? Heating?
thats the special wear resistant coating that armana puts on their spektra bits ;)
Might sound dumb but about how much is it for one of these machines???.
🎉
I was wondering if you can share how you have achieved the clearing and v groove toolpath please ?
Regarding toolpath contact me 9031275440
Hello! What is the cutter do you take for the area clearance? And what is the best step over for make the perfect finish. For not to be sand for make good finish. Thanks and have great day.
I think the general rule for step over is half the diameter of the bit or less, I used the 1/4” compression bit for the clearance tool.
Who teaches a person to program these machines?
You get a pile of programs but we’re does one gain knowledge for the programming, to be wickedly creative.
i guess that's all up to the creator. i've made a lot of simple signs so when i get to make my own custom pieces i tend to try new things and push the limits of my machine!
What program do you use? I'm using carbide create/motion. Very simple but a little meh
Stinky Potatos vcarve! Highly recommend, for a free alternative fusion 360 has toolpathing as well
Vcarve Pro is awesome and easy to use.
Why is the endmill you used so blue?
Hello, looks good. Did you use a bigger bit to hog out most of the pocket or did you use the v bit for the whole sign?
Jerry Simeone I used the compression bit at the beginning as a clearing tool ;)
The machine does all the work. Any hands on skills?
What program are you using to run your servo motors
What material is that? What kind of finish is on top, paint, poly, lacquer, wood conditioner? What speed do you like to run your spindle? What feed to you run?
Was that just 2 pieces of like 3/4" ply glued together? Looks great.....
You should put inside a colorful resin ;)
What CNC machine and softwares are you using bro.?
this is an old camtech z7 and i used vcarve for toolpathing, i will be featuring a more affordable large scale cnc in the coming months!
Super cool. Btw which instrumental is playing in the background??
Nice work! What CNC did you use for this project?
This was on a camtech z7!
i like your cnc machine, but home made
Great job...what kind of cnc do you have Thanks...#talent #awesome
Very nice! How long was the total cutting time for this job?
about 2.5 hours if i remember correctly! i didn't spend much time optimizing my toolpathing as this was just a one off sign! thanks for watching ;)
What’s an example of toolpath optimization?
Do you use vectric? Im using autodesk featurecam to program our cnc router and its really frustrating since its meant for metal cnc mills and lathes.
Kevin Coates yeah this was done with vcarve, I also use fusion 360 for some toolpathing but I prefer the simplicity of the vectrics programs!
Can we buy this machine.wht is this machine name.. enybody tell me
Cool sign. Did you paint the plywood before carving or did you buy like that?
I gave it a quick coat of paint!
Please sir I need you to help for the machine I budgeted to buy.
Is cnc machine, please which one can I look for, I want use it for cutting composite board, acrylic plastic, wood, and iron sheet, engraving on wood, composite board, and acrylic plastic.
Please which brand and model is best?
Awesome video! How do you create your 3D carve files?
Where’s a good tutorial where I can learn how to program both clearing and vcarve
Did you find any ?
Hey man Great sign! Do you use vcarve or fusion? I just got my cnc im setting everything up, thinking about getting vcarve pro
What type of machine are using? I would like to buy one? What can you suggest me?
Bhai is ka program kis tara bana ga
When I program lettering on my autocad and run it through the routercim I get circles that dont show up on the drawing but the DO show up on the MCU or at the machine. What causes this?
i've had this happen with stray nodes, you could check your file for that or try using the simplify path command in illustrator to weed out unnecessary nodes. hope that helps
Nice machine! What’s the info on your cnc?
What CNC machine are you using in this video?
This is a big ol' Camtech Z7 ;)
When did you get a cnc router? Can you tell us what brand and size it is please?
I’ve had it forever it’s what got me into 3d printers! It’s a camtech z7 55”x105”
@@WildRoseBuilds damn 55inx105in that a nice nice cnc must have cost 20-50k...common person cant afford that...why the heck would you downsize to a crappy flimsy diy tinker toy ooznest cnc?
What CNC is that you are using?
What program do you use??
Vcarve and fusion 360!
Whats the name of this machine please
Hi, what software did you use to create the Gcode?
What CNC machine is this?
This was on a camtech z7 😉
@@WildRoseBuilds noice!
What kind of CNC is this?
What type of wood used here?
Looks like plywood
5/8" baltic birch plywood! love this stuff for projects, gives alot of visual interest and is super strong for CNC furniture and stuff!
And does not leave that bad dust like MDF lol
Wood thickness ?
Super. Where is this CNC machine available for sale?
🖖
Olá tudo bom qual marca da fresa ?
Anyone else ever try to blow the wood dust clear on a video?
Can't we make it by using this machine .
what's the font name?
What cam did you use for this? Great work btw
Oliver Berja thanks! I used a sawdust covered lumix g7 ;)
Como lo hacen?
Beautiful job! But, considering the type of graphic you have dealed with, wouldn't have been easier just cutting the contours of the logo, the contours of the base, and then glueing them together? You'd have saved much more time, energy and wood!
WildRos eBuilds ?
👍
What type of plywood do you use?
Здравствуйте а вы можете поделиться своей библиотекой моделями 2D 3D,

Your previous videos are popular because of your unique time lapse
you need to figure out how to do that with the cnc.
otherwise its just a cnc video
Splendidly to see Woodprix have new plans which helped me save some money and energy for this construction.
This time I will do it manually with the help of Woodprix designs.
Helo
For more cnc router information, i can help you.
