These mall guys is one of the worst possible way of getting a card. First, they don't know how to process forms. Second, hard query will decrease your CIBIL score. They may also sell your data. Also, credit cards aren't easy to get, if you live in small cities or rural areas.
Funny thing is that at banks, it's somewhat the same even nowadays. Constantly berating and useless forms all around.... hehehe but yes. It's great. This show is still kinda entertaining. I can imagine how captivating it must have been back in the day.
