    Hey bud, your spacer goes between the billet and the bracket. Its not used as a washer.

      I agree, I used it as a spacer also. Would be nice if directions were more clear. Thank you for the video, I was curious about the weight difference also. I installed in a slightly different order, long pipe last, leaving exhaust loose to manipulate it together,
      but nice to know it will work either way.

    Nice choice for a exhaust. I have friends that choice trinity and they like it. I went with a EVO exhaust for my turbo.

      Cant go wrong with either... I looked at EVO as well. Just liked the look of Trinity a bit better :)

      I choice the EVO because it never has to be repacked and the trinity does

      @@myfriendpete what exhaust did you choose?

    You said 150 ft lbs torque on the header pipe bolts at the turbo. Looked it up and Polaris calls for 18 ft lbs torque. Seems low but that is straight out of the Polaris repair manual.

      Yes, I saw that. Bolts definitely weren't in there at 18 ft lbs. LOL... It took 2 days with heat and a can of PB to get them out... ended up destroying one getting it out. I probably got the 150# from Trinity install instructions. I will check it. Thanks :)

    I see you got the Aftermarket Assassins Air Tube -- why didn't you go with their Exaust???? Also -- Did you have to replace your springs?? I ended up getting Shock Therapy Springs for my Pro Xp because the factory ones collapsed after 400 miles of use.. What a joke!

    • @DinkGear

      Went with their exhaust for the looks and sound. AA was a bit loud.
      Yes I put on shock therapy dual rate springs with front limit straps

    Is the OEM gasket used on the Turbo when attaching header pipe? Or gasket used at all?

    • @homeslice9408
      @homeslice9408 Před rokem +1

      Per Trinity, re-use the factory copper gasket if it's still in good shape. $60.00 for a new OEM one.

      The license plate frame is XTC from Amazon: amzn.to/3cmc5vP
