Thanks. Shit, this is a mistake I don't ever wanna make. I haven't gone out with anyone yet because I was too focused on my hobbies and job. Now I'm about to get close to my 30s and I really gotta take this seriously or I'll die alone. Since it's gonna be my first time, hope I get to make the best quality time when I get on a date with someone, I can already imagine running out of things to say though, not to mention I never flirted before. I wish I could find some conversation examples about flirting somewhere leading to how the guy gets her number, gives her the kiss on the first date and maybe even take her home to escalate things and seal the deal.

For the nice guys who have made these mistakes and perpetually do so, this is the advice to hear. I used to make these mistakes. Imagine waking up to a women and she asks you” what did you think? Guys don't listen to this. Find yourself and your confidence first. Find out what your passions are. Love the man that you've become and continue to learn and grow. There’s one thing though that I am not totally sure if I got right.
There are two different things here. One is the guy who meets a girl in a bar and wants to find a way to take her to bed as soon as possible. That’s the goal.
The other is the guy who meets a girl, likes her and wants to develop a friendship, understand and know who she is, how she is , etc because he sees her as a potential long term partner.
I personally never went to bed with a woman on a first date.

And as far as I am concerned, the only thing that a "nice guy" gets wrong is to not let the woman take the initiatives. I, personally prefer having the woman initiate. And most good and wise men (regardless of whether they are "nice" or not) prefer the same. Contrary to what most women think, the majority of men won't feel intimidated if a woman initiates, and even acts aggressively. In fact, when a woman initates and acts aggressively, both she and her man feel confident, and it brings a sense of playfulness to the relationship. And, nowadays, thanks to sexual harassment politics, female initiating is practically considered MANDATORY. Therefore, gone are the days when men took all the initiatives! Now it's your turn, ladies!
And, Bobby, you could save a lot of time on all of this dating advice that you give to men, if you will strongly exhort women to take the initiatives and take control. If you really do care about improving male-female relationships overall, you will heed what I say!

Reality flirting with a woman doesn't exist in my language or brain. I just have no clue, compliment is easy, call the woman, beautiful, gorgeous, etc, but apparently they don't like it. She will either do two things if she says yes than the next phase kicks into gear. If she got slightly worked up and a little uncomfortable and she says No “That’s ok, have a nice day” move on with what your doing. If she says yes. Then have ice cream talk about what makes her scared and how you made her feel slightly confident to handle it” Then walk away and say you want to try another ride. A woman is all about the moment & a set of domino’s. If they begin to fall in the right direction, pretty much you got it good.
