Do things like make plans with friends/family/dates that fill your week up which will make yourself scarce (which creates desire when it's "rare" or hard to make plans with you), working out or dieting to feel more confident in your physical attraction, being so busy that you don't answer txts immediately at any time during the day (or just put your phone away for a few hours at a time so your not always connected), and having hobbies during downtime that keep you busy and make you an interesting (aka not boring) person. It could be working on your car, sailing a boat, learning to play an instrument, or just any type of activity that isn't work-related. These things can create a LIFE for you, which you give you a sense of priorities and VALUE, which will be projected onto her. Value and self-worth should never come from a women's validation of you. It should always come from WITHIN YOU, which will show through naturally to a woman.

Well, yes, there is a lot of truth in this. I have heard so many other people say the same and the reasoning is very sound. However, I still find it hard to apply in real life. Yes, I can play cool and don't contact girls too much. But typically that just seem to lead to they loosing interest and probably think I am not interested. I have a really hard time finding a middle way here. Somehow you have to signal interest, but at the same time not too much so they think you are low value. I find that hard.
