This time between the BMW X4 M Competition, the Mercedes-AMG GLC63s and the Jaguar F Pace SVR. With total combined power output of more than 1500 hp it will for sure be one very interesting race. With a tune you can wake up the X4M.
That's why it won't last more than 100,000 miles like the other two.

I prefer the AMG , but the driver reaction are worse than my grandmas. Real talk the x4M is a masterpiece too. Jah great for sound :)

@@marouanharrath7909 I personally prefer the AMG for looks (its really close BTW) but the sound definitely goes to the Jag. The only thing I like for the BMW is the performance of that inline six. Crazy how it won quite a few of those races TBH

I bet the X4M is underrated in terms of power, no way it pulls on the GLC that hard with the same power and weight.

Your drag races are really good. I'm glad you include numbers too. Very important (both time and trap speed). Only issue I see is that you crown the car that crosses the line first the winner, even if that car jumped the start (like the X4M which did it twice I believe). The Merc has the lower time. So technically it should be the winner.

I disagree. The x4m didn't jump the start, he had a great reaction time. So what about the rolling race? X4m trumped it and you wouldn't say he jumped the start
@@hadeyeencah the driver jumped the start, the GLC times are faster. 0-100 is faster. Rolling race is the same. If it was done by professional drivers the results would have been different. Trust me the GLC is quicker that the X4M. The roll video you can see the X4 driver had quicker reactions. It was driver's reaction times not controlled roll race when both cars are in their power bands.

You had some errors: For the 3 drag races that the BMW won (#4-6), you had a higher 1/4 mile time listed on screen for the BMW and lower for the Merc, which came second.

Haha the GLC63s is so impressive. It did better than I think. I think it deserved to be the winner at the drag race part. The X4M launch control system is amazing though. It is more stable than AMG from the results.
@@jamisonz3365 acatually the BMW launch system is a bit hard to time properly because of the boost the BMW had to build. it takes some time to get to 3000RPM, where as the AMG was lightning quick, however it has slight delay from releasing the brake and the car actually going. I noticed this is typical to all AMG models...
Yeah I've heard about it. To release too soon or too late will both result in a slower time, but if the timing is great, it's going to win races. BTW you are doing one of the best races and it's getting better and better. Straight to the point, nice footage and angle, shows the honest results.

The X4 M Competition is definitely quicker up top but off the line the AMG GLC S is a monster, and it could win every drag race as long as the driver adjusts for the delay from the gearbox

at least, at the last drag race the bmw jumped the race by SOOOO MUCH it was awful to watch and i was in disbelief that it didnt get ruled out lmao. ALSO, the mercedes completed the 1/4 mile in 11.7 secs and the bmw in 11.73 secs in that race but still the bmw won? these drivers and the reviewers are shit man. i am never watching another drag race from these guys.

Can someone explain me this? I drive the X4 M40D and i looked in his Infos. Why does he have more Nm? When i looked he has 680Nm. So iam asking why is the X4M with ”only” 600 Nm? Not clear to me. Because he has more horse power and he doesnt need that much or what?
It is typical for a diesel engine compared to petrol to have more torque for the same power output. You will find this is any other example you take. My x4 m40i had 500Nm and 360 hp

hey hey! This difference because of the reaction time of the drivers. You can see that the x4 always starts first, than looses the 0-100 sprint, the AMG leaps ahead and at higher speeds, the BMW makes the difference back and even makes the gap bigger. You can also see the higher Terminal speed of the x4m at the 1/4 mile to help you understand the situation. Hope this helps!

WoW that B58/S58 is outrageous if it can battle with the performance V8s. For that reason I take the beemer. Can't imagine what it will do in much lighter M3 or M4 , I hope we will see pretty soon .

There is not an iota of doubt that the Jaguar F Pace SVR looks like a beast and has the BEST exhaust sounds in its class not just against the BMW or Mercedes. On paper, Mercedes-AMG was the fastest doing 0-100 km/hr in 3.8 secs and that what we pretty much saw with Mercedes and BMW going neck and neck
. I think the Jag held its ground and did pretty good too. I personally prefer the Jag over the BMW or Mercedes. I love the character is brings to the German party.
