Jon S.K. Paul Parker is better then Gary Neville, and Stam was the best centre back in the world, ahead of Rio.
Lastly. I agree ronaldo upfront is better then anyone.
When ronaldo was a left (or right) sided player he played centre forward. And Rooney was centre forward playing on the left, with Tevez on the right. This was a stronger combination then ronaldo in the left and Rooney on the centre. And better then 442, was 433 as uniteds strongest attacking formation. Sometimes a fourth striker on as well.

I'm not even a Man United fan (they are my fav English team though) and I know that Dennis Law should definitely make an all time Man U team.
+johan cruijff I too was thinking it was a shame that Dennis didn't make the cut but look at the competition for his spot and I think its understandable that he misses out. Cantona is a similar case. You could probably easily add another 11 names to the list from down the years. I'm just relieved that the kids who vote today didn't put Rooney in ahead of Besty. Nothing against Roon but to people of my age Best was a footballing god.

Great video. I was shocked how much the obviously 50+ year-old footage looked like the modern game. It’s different, to be sure, but it had pace and skill and the players look like they could at least hold their own against today’s best. American football and basketball players of the same era always look like they’d get absolutely wrecked by modern players, but I didn’t get that feeling in this video.
I believe the ball used to be significantly heavier, pitch muddier so everything was slower. But in terms of quality and technique, I think George Best would've had a laugh against today's best.
