I feel you could explain much more simple by giving an example of a 4 bed room house with about 8 fans, motor for pumping water, 2 split unit Aircon, mixer, washing machine, fridge, ironing once or twice a week (say 6 member house), possibly an electric vehicle charger soon to be installed etc.

Solar is good for environment I agree but sorry to say no much monetary benefits
1. 1000 RS bill for 1 month electricity for 25 years it's around 300 months we get around 3 lakh RS initial investment 1.5 lakhs savings 1.5 lakhs so loss has happened
2. When we invest this in fixed deposit in bank it will get doubled in 12 years and in 24 years we get min 6 lakhs
3. In case of mutual fund it gets doubled in 5 years so we get around 48 lakhs by investing 1.5 lakhs.

You may be right. But if you want back up you need inverter. Ongrid you dont need battery so it may be profitable.

Dear SS, for a medium electricity consuming family or below that type consumer, my opinion is KSEB Or govt electric connection seems better and hazzlefree. I am one of the members of that type of family.
Our consumption is between 500-1000/2 months. So per year 3000-6000 inr. So I think, as you also said it will benefit to commercial parties than small-medium families in Kerala. It's only my personal opinion based on my calculations on electricity expenses and not an advice/message.

I understand MNRE is providing 40% subsidy through KSEB for setting up the Solar Plant. Can you set up the plant coordinating this subsidy so that the total expenditure will be reduced by Rs ( 42000x 40/100 =) 16800 per KW.42000 per KW is the amount admitted by MNRE. 2000 സ്ക്വയറടി വിസ്തീർണ്ണമുള്ള ഒരു വീടിന്റെ മേല്ക്കൂരയിൽനിന്നു സോളാർപാനൽവഴി പരമാവധി കിട്ടാവുന്ന ഊർജ്ജം ഒരു ദിവസം 4 കിലോവാട്ടാണെന്ന് ഗൂഗിളിലും മറ്റും കാണുന്നു. വെയിലുള്ളപ്പോഴേ ഊർജ്ജം ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. രാവിലെ 9മുതൽ വൈകീട്ട് 4 വരെ എന്നനുമാനിക്കാം. ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യുച്ഛക്തിയത്രയും മീറ്റർകൊണ്ടളന്ന് പവർഗ്രിഡിലേക്ക് കൊടുക്കും. നമ്മൾ ഉത്പാദിപ്പിച്ച വിദ്യുച്ഛക്തിയും, നമ്മൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച വിദ്യുച്ഛക്തിയുംതമ്മിലുള്ള വ്യതിയാനം അളക്കും. ഉത്പാദനം കൂടുതലെങ്കിൽ യൂണിറ്റിന് 5-6 രൂപവെച്ചു കിട്ടുമോ? ഉപഭോഗം കൂടുതലെങ്കിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള നിരക്കിൽ നാം അതിന് ബിൽ അടയ്ക്കണം. 1 കിലോവാട്ട് എന്നാൽ 1000 വാട്ട് എന്നാണ് ഓർമ്മ. 100വാട്ടിന്റെ ഒരു ബൾബ് 10 മണിക്കൂർ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചാൽ 1 യൂണിറ്റ്. 40 വാട്ടിന്റെ ഫാൻ 25 മണിക്കൂർ പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കാം. അതായത് ഒരു യൂണിറ്റ് വിദ്യുച്ഛക്തി ! ( വിവരങ്ങളിൽ തെററുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ദയവായി പറയണം, തിരുത്താൻ സന്തോഷമേയുള്ളൂ.) ഒരു ശരാശരി വീടിന് ഒരു മാസം 200 യൂണിറ്റ് വേണ്ടിവരുമോ?
25 വർഷക്കാലത്തേക്ക് ടെറസ് വിട്ടുകൊടുത്താൽ 10 ശതമാനം വിദ്യുച്ഛക്തി ഫ്രീ. ഒരു മാസം 120-200 കിലോവാട്ട് ഉത്പാദിപ്പിച്ചാൽ (മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ കണക്കു പ്രകാരം) 12-20 യൂണിറ്റ് കറണ്ട് ഫ്രീ .ഇതിന് മാർക്കറ്റുവില എത്രയാണ്? നൂറ്റിയിരുപതോ ഇരുന്നൂറോ രൂപ. 2000 സ്ക്വയർ ഫീറ്റ് ടെറസിൽ ചില്ലറ ട്രെസ് വർക്ക് നടത്തി വാടകയ്ക്കു കൊടുത്താൽ ഏതൊരു ഉൾനാടൻ പ്രദേശത്തും എത്ര രൂപ കിട്ടിയേക്കാം? 5000 ?

ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള നൂറുനൂറ് ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ തോന്നുന്നു.

പക്ഷേ, സാമ്പത്തികവശങ്ങൾ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യേണ്ടതല്ലേ? അറിവില്ലാത്ത ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾ അബദ്ധത്തി ലാവരുതല്ലോ.

10%, ഒരു മാസത്തിലല്ല കിട്ടുന്നത്. Daily കിട്ടും. 5kw സിസ്റ്റം install ചെയ്യാൻ 500sq.ഫ്റ്റ് mathi.daily 20kwh production. അതിൽ 10% നമുക്ക് തരും. അതായത് 2 kwh daily. അങ്ങനെ നോക്കിയാൽ ദ്വി മാസം 120 kwh. Unit ന് 5 രൂപ കൂട്ടിയാൽ rs. 600, ബില്ലിൽ കുറച്ചു അടച്ചാൽ മതി.
Electricity private company ക്കു കൊടുക്കാൻ കേന്ദ്രം പ്രഷർ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്, electric വെഹിക്കിൾ വരുന്നതും ഇതുമായി കൂടി വായിക്കണം, സോളാർ എത്രയും പെട്ടന്ന് ആക്റ്റീവെറ്റ് ആക്കിയാൽ അത്രയും നല്ലത്

മാസം 1000 രൂപ ബിൽ വരുന്ന ഒരാൾക്കു എങ്ങനെ മുതലാകും yearly ബിൽ 12000, അപ്പൊ ഒരു 15 വർഷം മിനിമം എടുക്കും മുടക്ക് മുതൽ കിട്ടാൻ.15 yrs കഴിയുമ്പോൾ പാനൽ efficiency കുറയുകയും തന്മൂലം ഉൽപാദനം കുറയുകയും ചെയ്യും. Off grid ആണെകിൽ വീണ്ടും initial and മൈന്റെനൻസ് cost കൂടും.. Normal ബാങ്ക് interest rate ന്റെ അത്രേം പോലും ലാഭകരം ആയി തോന്നുന്നില്ല.
പക്ഷെ വലിയ ഒരു ഇൻഫോർമേഷൻ miss ആയി.subsidy പറഞ്ഞില്ലല്ലോ,🤔

Hi, you were saying with 1kW installed capacity we can generate 4 kWh (unit) daily on an average. It must be near to 8 units, right? Why because we will have more than 8 hrs daylight daily and 1kW can generate 1kWh in one hour? Please give your answer, I am planning for a plant.

1 80 000 rupees is the investment so if the electricity bill is 1000 rupees per month that means 60000 in 5 years so how can it break even? Also please advise what happens in night when there ia no sunlight

And 10 unit is profit for me
But as iam selling 10 unit per day to kseb
How will they pay me or what is the profit in that

Another query, can I install an ongrid plant and supply extra energy back to KSEB? Because i heard, recently KSEB come up with a plan and domestic customers can go only with KSEB for solar implementation. Please answer, if you are aware.
