@@supremedorian363 i dont think anyone could. Ive played this game for 400 hours and never seen that. My best guess is that it had to do something with multiplayer.
it's the result of a comically large stack of debuffs that you'd never really see in normal gameplay unless you were under the very specific and deliberate circumstances we were in here
becoming that slow requires you to ABUSE an item which, upon use gives you a massive buff , but has the chance (on every use) to give you a permanent debuff that stacks. the permanent debuff goes away temporarily as long as you have the buff from the item. it's basically alcoholism, you can never be hungover if you're always drunk.
