- WHAT IF ELSA & JACK FROST EXISTED IN THE SAME UNIVERSE?
In this alternate universe Elsa and Jack exist in the same world. Their Jelsa story takes place during the events of Frozen and after the events of Frozen 2. Elsa and Jack have a lot in common through feeling heavily isolated and alone in their lives. Elsa feels as though no one understands her but with Jack now existing in her universe she finds that she is not as alone as she thought. In Frozen 2 Elsa becomes the 5th spirit and with Jack being the spirit of winter they are both destined to live for eternity.

If we start to think, apart from the jokes, and that the ship was born mainly from the fact that both have ice power, there's much more beyond, how the fact that they both felt alone and misunderstood, and the similar feelings they have had through their powers or place in the world or their destiny. I feel that it's a ship that genuinely has a lot of potential, and this story created from those bases proves it, this is really beautiful. ❄️

I was first thought that Jelsa cannot be happening because Elsa is not immortal while Jack is literally spirit or a ghost type entity then Frozen 2 happened when Elsa joined to her mom’s village to be part of the spirit elemental which makes her immortal due to the fact that the people who crossed over the boundaries became somewhat immortal just like those other soldiers who is declared dead but is actually alive. Its as if Jelsa is meant to be lol

Awww 😊 I have to admit, this ship has never been one I thought much of; but this story is pretty cool. I like the implication that Jack returns to Elsa after Anna’s natural death to look after her. It’s really sweet ❤
Hell yeah! Jesla for life!!!! Even if Jelsa doesn't actually become a Canon thing (which, I hope I don't have to explain to all of you why it wont) I actually do kindof hope they introduce another human elemental/spirit like Elsa to be her love interests in Frozen 3.
Because in my opinion, I feel Elsa got the short end of the stick in Frozen 2, as if she is truly an immortal being (and yes, that's an IF, because i can easily see Disney retconning that after Frozen 2's reception) that means she'll have to be alone for the rest of her life, watching everyone around her die, and not being able to be with the people she grew up with due to her responsibilities.
So I personally feel they should acknowledge this in the next film, have her realize she doesn't want to be alone for eternity, and finds love in the form of another spirit just like her. Maybe someone with fire or lightning powers.
This could even theoretically lead to a love song similar to the one in this video, or even a reworked version of the Demo version of "At All Costs" from Wish.
