We miss Grandma too. On Tuesdays, when we say our daily family rosary, we laugh and say, “it’s Choosday..Sorrowful mysteries “. Please tell your Mother that we remember Grandma in our rosary. We hope Grandma will pray for us too🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🙏🏻😌
Grandma we miss you
Grandma is already in heaven. The and I say this with so much love if you wait till after they die to pray for them it's too late. Pray for and with them while they still alive for God to save their never dying soul. My Pastor Preached "too late for tears." If you wait till after your loved one dies to pray for them to be saved it's too late for tears. God bless and keep you save that one closest to hell Lord in Jesus name amen❤

In previous video's I had mentioned that I too was caring for my grandma. Sadly I lost my grandma in March. I now find myself extremely lost in life. I've always looked out for & or cared for someone my entire adult life. Now that she's gone I don't really know what to do. I have my 4 cats to care for, but it's different than caring for my grandparents. She was my last grandparent to leave this earth.

I appreciate caregivers b/c I was one when my father had cancer. My mother would bathe him and I would shave him (that's how I learned to shave) and cut hair help feed.
Every night I would pray ( for several hrs. ) and cry out unto the Lord to heal him - but he only lived for one year. His name was Julio -died at age 42. I miss my dad - I was the apple of his eye - an he was also the apple of my eye. I appreciate not only caregivers but many professions that give their all for others. There are so many ( Police/ Firemen/women/ Medical/ Grocers/ and on and on - and to all of them "I give you Thanks - you all deserve a trophy." . When I go to a store I appreciate the people who work there b/c - guess what? - they came in to work. Sorry - got carried away. Have a Blessed Joyous Day. Chris you are loved and Grandma is just smiling and saying to the Lord -" "See Lord - that is my grandson - thank you for him."

I'm sorry. Caregiver is a precious gift of God to us. We are so lucky to have a heart of compassion. I treat my residents as a family. Losing one of them is a really sad and heavy heart for me. But sometimes it is good for them because no more pain . And hands of God. Bless us. Amen.

Grandma being alive and starring in your videos brought my own Mama back to me for a while. They were born the same year but 7 months apart. We lost her in 2012. Thank you for letting me share Grandma with your family. I bought a keychain and some pins to remember her by and support you as you transition to life without her physical presence. I know she is beside you in spirit.
She was so happy to spend the end of her life with you at home.

I was a caregiver for my mom. She passed from pancreatic cancer and that was 14 months ago..i am still grieving but it makes me feel better i could give mom a gift to be home with me

Chris, thank you so much for raising awareness of the struggles that caregivers encounter especially in Washington D.C. But you've also raised awareness of the rewards of caring for a loved one. I hope over the years that I cared for my mom and my sister that I was able to help them rest a little easier and lighten the emotional load of being terminally ill. I really miss your grandmother-she was sweet and funny and had a beautiful soul. God bless you for all that you do, and all that you did for her.

Your videos reminded me of the beautiful moments in caring for my sister while she was going through terminal cancer. As hard as it was it was one of the most beautiful times of my life. I would not ever wish it away. You had 8 years of blessings. Hold them close.

I want to start by saying thank you Chris, for sharing your memories of your grandma with the world and for giving us various ways to remember her too.
My paternal grandfather passed away early Friday morning and I wasn't able to be there to say goodbye or to see him at the funeral home before he was cremated 💔 This weekend I made the road trip to visit my dad's side of the family to grieve when I saw the new release and had to have an angel pin to add to my lanyard and sippy cup pin. Thank you for giving us a way to heal, and to remember those we lost too soon.
