How to fix a chipped motorcycle stanchion fork tube. Stop that leaking fork seal for good!

So today we're dealing with a chipped stanchion tube on a 2004 Honda CRF250X. It seems something got stuck in the wheel and whipped around and took a chunk out of the inside of the fork tube. This is small but it is causing my seals to leak so we will be sanding it down smooth and filling it with a two-part epoxy.
