It's the exact same color scheme as the og jurassic park jeeps which Grant and the kids took on the tour of the park before the situation went sideways in the most vertical way possible

I love how shamelessly goofy this set is. It reminds me of cheesy old kaiju movie concepts, like Mechagodzilla or Mecha Kong.

The T-Rex is actually surprisingly accurate.
Apart from the hands, the Trex was discovered to have scale like skin all over the body, meaning it probably didn't have feathers at all
Lachlan Fanning scientists had recently found evidence of ‘Protofeathers’ on Tyrannosaurids.Like Yutyrannus and T. rex But some say for Tyrannosaurus that it may have been fluffy when it was a baby,but the feathers wear down as the dinosaur grows

This set absolutely is canon
I really like the Dino Mech (particularly its color scheme!) and the terrain in this set too. The action feature of the terrain reminds me of my first ever LEGO set, 6254 Rocky Reef that had a single sliding rock piece revealing a hidden skeleton.
The Zoids that my brother owned are still standing, but the plastic has severely deterioriated to the point that parts of them have collapsed into dust.
This feels like a Chima and Jurassic world crossover

Man I love this set. Lego really knocked it out of the park with these new Jurassic sets. Very inspired and they can perfectly exist by themselves even beyond the licence. Awesome!
The raft with the Trex in the river reminds me of that scene in the Jurassic Park novel where Allan, Tim, and lex are trying to get to somewhere by using a raft and the Trex shows up and almost eats them.

Love the Jurassic World movies and of course the original Jurassic Park movies as well. Love all the Jurassic World sets don’t have all them but want to get nearly all of them to build and to play with of course. You are an amazing CZcamsr I think I’ve said this before in another one of your videos but I’m going to say it again, it’s absolutely crazy to think how many Lego sets you buy and how fast you review sets. I am a huge Lego collector like you I have loved Lego ever since I was 3 years old I never got out of it and always enjoyed it, and even I don’t think I could build/review sets as fast as you do so great work. (well you are a Lego Set reviewer so it’s your job). Would you able to build and review the Lego Jurassic World T. rex Jurassic Park 2Dc Set once it gets released please that set looks awesome and will definitely buy it when it comes out. The volcano gold build is cool, but seems like it should be in a Pirate set build.

They definitely went a little too crazy on the stickers and I don't like the choice of ice picks for claws, but other than that, this is a pretty decent play set.

They could have totally made a Jurassic Park set instead of this. The Dino mech could have been the classic Ford Explorer and the volcano could have been the bathroom and the fence. Maybe I’ll get it and try building that scene because obviously the LEGO designers are clueless

That dino mech is the big draw here. I noticed the big motor on the back. Now I imagine when it runs it sounds like a muscle car. Like when Magus XLR ran.

Lego Lover 2019 the ratio of how many parts there are per piece. So eg a battle pack has roughly 100 pieces and costs $15. So the part to price ratio is 10 : 1.5
The Mech actually reminds me more of an allosauridae than a tyrannosaurid, mainly because it's arms aren't as pathetic as the Tyrannosaurus

Exactly! I had thought this was a leak from a new movie at first. Now with dinosaurs on the loose companies and militaries have started producing mechs to deal with them.

Godzilla has faced off agianst mechanical replicas of himselfe so know it's Rex's turn.
I was a bit skeptical of the dino-mech, but it’s kind of growing on me. I really like the red and lime color scheme that it uses, which looks like the original Jurassic Park colors.
It is the same scheme, all the way to the tiger steipe pattern, and the roll cage and floodlights make it almost fan-MOC levels of creative use of the original JP art and designs

The barayonix car looks like a hunter car from lost world
You don’t need wheels because the wheels on the cars were just to keep the car rolling so in theory you could use skis on the tracks in Jurassic park

It's really a cool Jurassic World set and imaginative as well, as a kid I would love this set even more! The Mech itself would be good enough to be a set on its own, this new wave seems to be quite promising, I've seen pictures, looking forward to the reviews as always!
