Our master is wearing cap but while mixing batter for idyappam and putting Dosa we can't wear gloves. But before we start cooking we ensure that to wash hands and keep themselves clean

First impression happened to be a bad impression for me. They took the order at 7.50 PM and made me wait till 8.40 PM.
After getting the orders, their reply be like - Dosai ku maavu illa, Pooriku maavu ooranum.
They are so busy giving interviews all the time. It's ok to give interviews, but someone should be taking care of the orders as well.
There is no co-ordination between the chefs and the parcel person.
Price is quite high and the taste is also moderate. Medias, mainly the youtubers creating much hype.
You just can't attract or retain the Customers only with Sweet speech, but by the quality of the food and service provided to them. It's right time for them to focus on the customers rather than the media publicity.
Though I had a bad impression, I wish them best of luck and may their business grow to greater extent.🎉

There was a heavy rain on that day and we informed you it will take more than half an hour to provide the dishes. It's not a paid interview. They came to know about our shop and then they voluntarily came for interview. Please enquire about the organic rices in market which is without pesticides. We are trying to provide good food where there is no preservatives, no soda, no vanaspati no artificial food colors and no Chinese salt or ajina motto Which enrich the taste of the food. Apart from all these we apologised to you for the delay on same day itself. However will try to upgrade us. Thanks for the feedback
