What a debut album. I’ve been a fan since I heard this album in 83’ I was 18 and it was like nothing we’ve ever heard and still till this day it’s still just as amazing.
My first metal album, a long with Venom's "At War With Satan", copied from a friend's copy of someone else's tapes. It's how we got our metal back then.

@@nenivreb For starters, Pro tools is a DAW and isn't actually the vocal chords. They use it to mix, master etc. Rare occasions they will use it to edit a performance to include a missed line or a ruined take for the metlive recordings.
James voice you hear here is his voice, flat notes and sharp notes and wobbles included which is good.
One of the all-time Metallica classics 🤘🏼.

I still think you guys got ripped off for the first day where they had to cut 2 songs from the show due to Hetfield's health condition.
