Join me on a beautiful fall day in the swedish wilderness, where i do some bushcraft and make some delicious bannock and give you guys some news. Enjoy.
Man i´m getting better at this, a new video within 1.5 months and not 6 months. Wow. It´s short but sweet, haha. Hope you guys like it and SHARE it so my other subs will know about the Q/A as well. /Andreé.
+NorthSurvival I dont ever get why people complain about the frequenzy someone makes videos. You are neither paying for it nor is the creator in any other way obligated to deliver. They do this for fun in their spair time as a hobby. Be happy to live in a time with a media format that is free and that diversified that you are no longer dependend on whats on TV. Please always take your time and never loose the fun in making videos. Your videos are wonderfull.
Greetings from Virginia. I enjoyed the sounds of this video as much as the sights. The axe going the wood, the clink of the dry pine hitting the ground, and the crackle of the fire. I look forward to seeing more videos from you soon.
WoW What a beautiful place to sit and have a fire and a meal. I look forward to the questions and answers too. Thanks so much for sharing! All the best, Dawn
i wish there was this much nature to enjoy around where i live. if i start a fire and cook outdoors or camp people will look at me like im crazy lol nature is not so appreciated around here in the us.
Hello- I live in the US and really enjoy your videos and want to thank you for sharing all your great ideas and the beauty of your country. Keep the videos coming.... Take care...
I have always enjoyed your video´s. They are entertaining, informative, to the point , and short. Thank you for taking the time to make them so that all of your subscribers can enjoy them.
Nice video, just sub'ed. I enjoy a good hike/fire/food. My go to trail grub is franks and beans with a cup of tea. Been meaning to do a pretzel/bannok dog some time. Never have seen SQUEEZE BUTTER in the US but they better get that here soon.
Great little video! It's good to see someone use matches in a bushcraft video, it seems many people today think they will look uncool if they use something besides a bow-drill or flint and steel lol now I'm feeling like taking a fika and I'm hungry for bannock, I'm off to the fire pit!
I love these videos. I think if you made a bunch of short smaller videos on simple tips/tricks or things you've made would be nice as a sort of "filler" between every bigger / longer video. You could maybe make a few small videos every time you go out to the forest about some simple tips or something. This channel is one of my favorites. :)
Hey, are you lost in the swedish wilderness? I would like to go to sweden to enjoy a holiday like this. Sleeping in a selfmade shelter, eating fish and of course a big campfire. But first we want a new video :D Greetings from Germany. (i'm sorry, my english isn't that good)
Glad to see you back! I have always wanted to learn how to split wood. Being from Minnesota, you would think I would have learned that. One of my questions would be is, How far do you have to go to get into wilderness or at least areas where you make your videos? By the way, I have been following you as NJG. I changed my name to Solo Over 50 because I make backpacking, urban hiking videos to inspire people over 50 to get out into nature. I'll be adding snowshoeing and xc skiing this winter if we get enough snow.
How do you manage to be alone in a forest? Aren't you scared of wild animals attacking you? How did you learn all the stuff you do? Keep doing videos, they're really awesome. :D
Dude it's me again your vids are very good and I love it. I know you have known it already but btw keep it up man you are brilliant at survival vids. XD
I recently started watching your videos and I've also subscribed. You've done a very good job on your channel and you've got a lot of good advice for "gröngölingar" such as myself. I wonder if you could make a video with more details on your set of knives? I noticed you had a few. Maybe you could make a comparison video where you tell us about your choice of knife - what size, grind, steel etc. you prefer and which knives you would recommend? As of now, my only knife is a Mora companion and I'm thinking about getting myself a bigger full tang blade next time. (ex.fällkniven a1) Is it worth the higher cost for the full tang? or should I just get myself a Mora bushcraft black instead (my other option) Hälsningar från södra Sverige!
+Timmy Håkansson Tack så mycket, mina favorit knivar är överlägset Mora knivar, dem är sylvassa, lagom längd för att tälja och liknande, perfekta för bushcraft. Jag skulle ha valt Mora bushcraft black.
+Noah Francis That's one of my favorite books, very realistic and displays how brutal it can be to try and survive in the wild. I still am on the edge of my seat when I read through the scene where he is attacked by the moose
I have a question, if you don't mind answering. I have an 8lb maul that I use to split wood but have been considering an axe like yours. Is it easy to chop wood with it? Also, how's you harvest the wood in nice cuts like that? Did you find it or cut it up?
Bigfoot? must have thought you had some Jack links sausages :) By the way, I love the idea of stick bread, does it require a thicker batter to stay on the stick ?
I tried it on a recent winter trip on the north country trail here in Michigan and the idea works wonderfully, easy to pack ingredients and super tasty. A great snack on a cold winter day. Thanks for sharing the idea with us
Can you show us the ingredients to your banncock and I have never heard of it, and I am glad you are showing your face the other videos were kinda of scarey.
hello I had a question I was told you can eat tree bark from these trees BIRCH, MAPLE, PINE, AND POPULAR AND OAK is this true also I was told you eat the center in small slices and you also fry it up.???
+IronWolfHead not so far off, he might have tried to protect the Swedish border, as countries and countrymen should. I wonder what he wants to do as job and hope it has to do with the outdoors.
Man i´m getting better at this, a new video within 1.5 months and not 6 months. Wow. It´s short but sweet, haha. Hope you guys like it and SHARE it so my other subs will know about the Q/A as well. /Andreé.
+NorthSurvival it gets difficult to make video's. I get it.
I am so lazy at making them myself.
