Stranded dehydrated & starving in a vast desert, even the most seasoned ARK survivors must quickly find water, hunt for food, harvest, craft items, and build shelter to have any chance for survival. Use skills honed on ARK's faraway Island to kill, tame, breed, and ride the fantastical new creatures that have evolved to survive the Desert's ultra harsh conditions, including... DRAGONS! Travel back and forth between the Island and the Desert to team up with hundreds of players across both worlds or play locally!
EXPLORE A NEW WORLD
Scorched Earth takes ARK players to an entirely new land, composed of six unique, desert themed biomes - dunes, high desert, mountains, canyons, badlands and oasis - each with their own aesthetic and ecosystem. Littered with ruins, geysers, and intricate ancient cave systems, survivors will find a whole new frontier to explore and master.
TAME NEW CREATURES
The biomes of Scorched Earth are filled with dangerous new creatures, and the intrepid survivor will find that many of them can be tamed. Among others, lead a caravan of the camel-like Morellatops, or rain fire down upon your enemies from the back of an elemental Wyvern. Just mind your step, or you might attract a Death Worm!
CRAFT OVER 50 NEW ITEMS
Using what resources they can scrounge together, survivors can craft distinct new outfits and structures to beat the heat, and new tools to help them survive in this desolate environment. Players can use whips, boomerangs, flamethrowers, chainsaws, and much more to defend themselves, or such things as tents, wells, wind turbines, and oil refineries to provide their bases with resources. When used creatively, these tools can open up whole new strategies for survival, self defense or epic tribal warfare.
CONQUER NEW CHALLENGES
Prepare yourself for dangerous electrical storms, blinding sand storms, befuddling heat stroke, and unleash the power of the mysterious Obelisks to come face-to-face with the ARK’s deadliest boss creature to date - the ferocious Manticore! You can pick the fasolasuchus up and move it to better area and you can turn the highlights off the awesome spyglass. Awesome video once again. 😊
Pick it up with what though? Will a Quetzal be able to carry it cause I don't have one of the Attack Helicopters and won't be taming one anytime soon if ever?

@@BemoGuinness did seem to go much quicker than the last attempt, but then planning and locating the salt nodes first gave you a better chance, at least it done and now to focus on the center, have been on Ase and found a cool base location, I’ll send the co ordinates
Man glad to see they fixed taming on the sand lizards but I’m with you I don’t think I would use them but now at least I will tame one ow that it’s a bit easier just to say I have

I think they changed the taming on them to make it easier so it was a ton more simple this time vs the first time

Dude! After seeing your videos regarding tech cave I was really nervous doing gamma tech cave today for my first time. Been preparing for a long time and had 1 crash but finally got through the tech cave(using the cryopods in the hall a bit down). But getting 20-30 dinos down that little path with a timer in solo is really stressful. But the worst part was that the actual overseer fight had a 15 min time limit and I was really glad I had 18 theriz left(one died due to mesh when teleporting in to the overseer) and 7 rexes with my Yuturanus. I did it with 7 min spare but I don't know if I would be able to do Beta and Alpha if they also have 15 min time limit. They really need to fix that timer!
The final boss has a 15 minute timer too?

Hey Bemo, just an FYI you DO have the loadout man. I use it at all my bases. They are the training dummy.
Yea but it's not refrigerated like the load out mannequins for your foods and stuff
I tamed a good one, and honestly i never use them, but it is fun to breed and get cool looking ones. I have used it like … twice in the couple weeks I’ve had it. It’s a very middle of the road tame for me. I won’t go out of my way to tame one randomly but if there’s one I like i may pick it up.
All the ones I have seen are the same colors unfortunately but yea it just doesn't seem like a useful tame really for what it is
Haha man you really struggled with these guys..... After taming a ton of max lvls I have realized that i just personally like them, but they dont serve a HUGE purpose. I do use them to grind Gunpowder/sparkpowder but i dont do that often soo.. They are fun though, idk why i love them so much :) I also have insane stats on mine now... so ima try and run them through gamma spider XD i have a good saddle too so that gives me hope. :)
I mean there are people out there that love MicroRaptors & Kapros...... I now fit you into that category 😄 Will be interesting to hear how they do in boss fights though with good stats/saddles. The saddles have been dropping like candy for me on SE

Yea the saddles are pretty unique
There is no shame in just turning the fog off.
It messes the looks of the other graphics. If I just wanted to keep using console commands to adjust settings and make ARK look worse, I would have just stayed on ASE

I refuse to tame the fasolosuchus because with that kind of level of taming mechanic it had better give me a better resource than FLINT.
