I've never made a yt comment before, but after seeing your videos and that you only have 6.72 k subscribers, I felt inclined. You put out great content and should keep up the good work. I really enjoy how you explain things using scientific studies and information. It takes courage and discipline to speak on things like psychedelics. It takes courage bc the misguided views, and it takes discipline bc it's such a delicate topic. You do a great job of presenting information rather than just making baseless claims and I like that you don't generalize your personal experiences, but instead you make an effort to explain what works for YOU. Logical explanations grounded in facts are key to helping change the public perception on psychedelics. My friends and I are starting a Students for Sensible Drugs Policies chapter at my University to try to help educate people on the reality of the situation, but it's going to be difficult considering social stigmas. You provide a great example of how this sort of information should be presented, so thank you.

Fantastic to read your experience, congratulations! I'm on a SSRI Venlafaxine can I start micro dosing mushrooms on it or do I need to stop taking it? If you could help I'd be eternally grateful 🙂❤🙏
This gives me so much hope for my mum. She’s spent most of my life in emotional and physical pain. I’ll be broaching this subject with the help of your content 🙏
I really appreciate your thoughtful, precise content. I have had treatment resistant depression/suicidal ideation since I was a teenager and ruptured 3 discs in my lower back in 2011. A few months ago a friend gave me some psilocybin mushrooms and I noticed a huge improvement in my mood and pain level. So this season, I went picking azurescens each weekend for the past couple of months. I took a dried ounce and made a batch of .14 gram microdoses, have been taking one 2-3 times a week in the evenings after work and the improvements in not only my pain and mood but in my mental functioning and reduced social anxiety have me very optimistic about this solution. I can't say how it will work long term yet but compared to all the various medications and counseling methods I've tried, the short term results have been miraculous.
That’s amazing. I hear so many accounts like yours and it really gives me hope for what the science might uncover/validate. (Also.. part of me wants to go “who cares what it might do to you long-term if it’s helping you now!”) Psilocybin is non-toxic. I can’t see how they’d be detrimental long-term. I haven’t encountered a single person who is dependent on this medicine.

If you have chronic pain ppl assume you're a drug addict instantly and assume you abuse your meds and just want to get high, it's the opposite, you suffer every day and often can't do house hold duties like washing dishes and laundry, you suffer every second of every min of every hour, every day, every week, every month, year, and etc for decades. Drs often assume your a drug addict first and you're there to get more drugs. Urine tests are random and at their timing and you have to comply or be kicked from their care. I have a decent pain management dr thankfully, var shots into car body areas that help to a degree but I am always in pain no matter what. I'm watching this vid as part of finding out more.
That’s so frustrating to hear... because pain can’t be objectively measured, some people might assume you’re just making it up. That’s a terrible thing to experience when you’re already going through pain. Glad you found my video. Out curiosity, did you find me via search?

Wow! I’ve heard of Mindmed. How cool. I don’t use cannabis anymore (recreationally, anyway.. it’s legal where I am). I use CBD oil before bed from time to time. It certainly beats any prescription or OTC sleeping pill, that’s for sure. All of these holistic interventions ... are really just there to help us counterbalance our “unnatural” 21st century lifestyles .. don’t you think? So anything to help us feel more at home in our own mind, body, and spirit .. is a good thing, in my opinion

They gave me anti depressant's for my squashed discs pain, They drove me angry at everything, Cant play that game. CBD works as a anti inflammatory which helps, Id love to try these mushrooms to treat pain but in the UK, there illegal.
Thank you for the info! I found this video because today I micro dosed 2.5g of psilocybin mushrooms. I did so because of the mental benefits, but what surprised me was I noticed the chronic pain I've been experiencing in my shoulders for almost a year now is much less noticeable. I had to "Google It" and see if I was "tripp'n" lol or if this is for real. This is very interesting and I will continue to micro dose. I believe that health begins with a healthy mindset. Health is a spiritual discipline and that challenge is to turn off our identity of pain, suffering, or whatever, and then create a new self from within. Easier said than done. Meditation has helped and I think the power of a substance, especially natural, like psilocybin to dim down our default mode network and let us re-experience life afresh. They help us remember what being at ease actually feels like and we learn from the lesson. It's amazing and I'm glad the culture is opening up to true science around this kind of stuff.

All of these holistic interventions ... are really just there to help us counterbalance our “unnatural” 21st century lifestyles .. don’t you think? So anything to help us feel more at home in our own mind, body, and spirit .. is a good thing, in my opinion

i thought phantom pain was crazy until i lost the pinky toe on my left foot duringa vascular surgery in 2019 and only now get pain where mr toe used to be! hope mushrooms rebuild my neurological system to bypass the sensation! my vascular surgeon said mr carotid arteries started making new sympathetic passages maybe medical cannabis helped but the fungi is a far stronger mental boost

They gave me anti depressant's for my squashed discs pain, They drove me angry at everything, Cant play that game. CBD works as a anti inflammatory which helps, Id love to try these mushrooms to treat pain but in the UK, there illegal.
Microdosing saved my soul, was gradually melting away till xxr_psychedelic brought light to my door step ♥️🥰 can't stop but spread the gospel 🥺
