How To Update Ride Command

I am having problems connecting my IPod to polaris Ride command. Its connected but only plays a few songs out of thousands. The progress bar shows the songs are playing but no volume except a few songs. Do you know what the issue is? This is a known issue but no answers on how to fix this. This has to be a software glitch.

I go to update the software and it says that it is already up to date but 8 knows it not because the number on the newest update is different than the one on my Polaris, please help

I see you have the Rockford Fosgate stage 4 upgrade. That amp is so power hungry it will drain your battery in a hurry if you have it on without the engine running

I downloaded the maps file and copied it to my correctly formatted flash drive but my rzr doesn’t show the file, any knowledge on this?

@@DirtX thank you, I reached out to Polaris and am waiting to hear back. Wish they’d have hired some better developers for the system, it’s cumbersome.

We definitely feel you! I know Polaris is dealing with the same things we are. Labor shortages, and supply chain issues. If you get an answer, please keep us posted so we can share what you find 👍🏻
