This clip is a perfect representation of how AEW is becoming the best promotion, despite that I’m writing this in 2023. It’s grown so much and introduced new incredible names and brought back absolute legends. It’s like Tony Kahn is playing with wresting action figures, taking all the best, classic icons, and discovering new hidden gems, and creating a dream like wrestling world that’s voiced by JR and Schiavone, and it’s all actually happening in real life. It’s awesome. Something myself and probably a lot of other never thought they’d see in the world of wrestling again.

I loved Darby before Sting came along. Lots of us did but there’s no way anyone can say that when Sting returned and walked up to Darby you weren’t like “holy shit is this happening right now?” AEW have used him perfectly. Minimal matches and helping younger talent get over whether it’s him managing Darby Allin or just simply making someone feel bigger by association he’s been nothing but an asset to them.
