My question is, can we have some base amount in our bank. And while showing proof of funds, if we are short of some money, we can get it from our parents and get a gift deed made. Would that be acceptable? Or another scenario, let’s say I have 10k CAD in my bank account, and the rest 3.5k CAD is getting added with my monthly salary and the balance is meeting expected amount. Would that work?
Yes You can get the money from parents or friends in the form of gift deed. Once your total balance is equal to or more than the required balance for your specific application, then you can show that as proof of funds

best option is to get it notarized by a notary public, someone with authority to do it

Or just the notarised gift deed and my accounts 6 months statement is enough? Like do my parents need to show how they got the gift deed's money initially?
Just the notarized deed(should already have source name) and bank statements should be enough

you’re welcome. Appreciate your feedback. as far as medical courses are concerned, I am sorry I don’t have any idea about them. But I would recommend go to the canada.gov website and look for different nursing courses or NOC codes under nursing or medical. You can also do a Google search for most popular medical programs for immigrants Canada and see how many hits you get

They might ask for the proof of funds at the border also. It’s advisable to keep the funds maintained until your immigration process is complete

I live in a country with an economic crisis where the banking system is collapsing, also the banks aren't accepting to create any new accounts.
I do want to create the deed gift, but I am still unable to deposit the money in any local bank because:
1- they won't open an account for anyone
2- If in some way they did it is very dangerous because the bank might shut down at any time. (and many banks declared bankruptcy)
is the gift deed letter enough without any bank account?
my uncle will sponsor my gift "deed" and he lives overseas, He will visit me regularly.
To be honest, I do have the money in cash but I am unable to deposit the at any local bank that is the way I am turning to the gift deed.
Explain in a word document what you explained to me and attach as part of your application. and proceed with the rest of your application. If you make a genuine argument, The officer will understand.
I have small question if you can help Actually I applied for master pnp ontario and I got invitation to apply now I am 2000$ short for proof of fund. So, is it oky if I show gift deed for that? Sir Thank you for detailed video, could you please confirm that if the gift deed is just deposited few days prior to submitting application and Average balance for 6 months is not upto required balance will I be eligible to apply though I have gift deed certificate and more than required funds?
The purpose of gift deed is to compensate for the lack of funds. So, even if it was recently deposited, as long as the balance is now at least equal to or more than the required amount, you should be fine. This is just my opinion, As I did not have this situation. Double check on the IRCC website to make sure

Brother can I show proof of funds by new account and add money just for the sake to show the proof of funds to immigration authorities. Mean new account and deposit.

Hi, I was rejected yesterday because the visa officer wasn’t sure of my proof of fund. Originally from the start, I used a fixed deposit, then later I received a mail that they needed a proof of fund I can access and I have 10 days to liquidate it. I did as they asked but I liquidated the funds to my savings account with the same bank I had the fixed deposit, I submitted my explanation letter yet I was still rejected. Now I want to reapply and I’m thinking of moving the money into my salary account (will I need to explain again that I moved the money from the supreme bank because the visa officer wasn’t satisfied?) and also get a gift deed from my elder brother. We are a family of four. Please what do you think is best should I go on with it?

outland spousal sponsorship is close to CAD $1135. Still waiting for update for my wife. applied last month.
as far as visiting your spouse in india is concerned, I'd say be careful. as per IRCC guidelines, you have to maintain resident status in Canada while you wait for your spouse's application to come through. meaning, stay in Canada. That said, You can still visit them if you keep the trip short. Don't delay it else you risk your eligibility as a sponsor. I know its hard. I am in the same boat. But this is how it works. your better option is to apply for TRV for spouse.

Since Transfer into your account is traceable, it is easier to prove i think

Yes fixed deposits are fine as long as they are atleast six months old and they are not borrowed. Remember, it has to be actual withdrawable cash readily available to you
Can you please help me, my sister in law transferred money from canada to pilippi via bank transferred? in the gift deed document, does she needs to be physically present to sign the document? to be notarized,, because obviously she cant go back just to sign papers. please help
She doesn’t need to be physically present. Send her the document via email. She will print it out, sign it, scan it, and email it back to you. Then Then you can notarize it. Just make sure you attach all documents of transfer between accounts between the two of you.

there is no specific amount mentioned on the IRCC instructions page for tourist Visa. But they do require that you have enough funds to support yourself and/or any dependents in Canada during your stay.
so when you apply, you should submit a bank statement of funds anyway. I would say, 10000 Canadian should be good. More is better
Ok sir thanks.. i have a follow up question, this is again regarding on my tourist visa application. That visitors visa form that has code after its been validated, I just found out that I have 1 wrong answer on the employment record. Can it be edited or can I fill up another form? By the way I havent submitted the wrong one yet but just printed it
