- We tried so many Icelandic dishes on our Iceland food tour in Reykjavik. Some of them were great and others we tried just for the experience. Lamb, fish, and of course, the famous fermented shark are all foods you have to try when you're in this beautiful country.

We are Jacob and Jenny Warren! We are passionate about traveling the world. We started vlogging our travels in May, 2021 with a goal in mind to travel the world. After visiting Costa Rica and French Polynesia, we realized the time was right to quit our jobs and travel full time. In late 2021, we left everything to become full time travel vloggers and we've loved every minute of it. Our goal is to make it to all seven continents and visit many countries as possible. We hope you will follow along on our journey and that we can inspire you to travel in your own country or around the world!

What fancy-schmancy meals you guys had! Didn't think we would learn hotdog history today. Way to overcome your fear Jenny! 🦈 Glad you rewarded yourselves with yummy desserts.
They were so fancy and delicious!!! Hahaha we definitely deserved a treat after that 🤢😂
Love your Icelandic series guys. We just came back from Iceland as well! And yes Arctic Char is a type of salmon.
Isn’t Iceland just amazing?! I’m sure you guys had the best time there as well. And thank you so, so much for watching our videos! ☺️
The food looked great! I would love trying all except the shark!
It was all so delicious! Except the shark 🤢😂
I did this tour in 2023. It was fantastic. I did the shark with the Brennivin-not as bad as you think
It really is incredible! Glad you had a good time too :)
Those are some interesting menu items lol they all look and sound so fancy! My oldest always says she wants to live in Iceland! Happy travels! =)
Haha they definitely are very interesting!! It is a wonderful place! Thank you so much :)
You guys are so adventurous with trying new foods! I could never haha! I think it’s just a mind of a matter though 🙈
Oh man it is a struggle most of the time hahaha. Jacob is great at it but I really have to force myself to do it 😂 thank you!
Did the exact same food tour and all I can say is every visitor should do this. Well worth the 3 hours. Bon Appetit 😀
It was great and we are happy to hear you enjoyed the experience as well :) thanks for watching!!
The Boston Seaport is like that where almost everything is brand new. That building was so cool and futuristic!
Omg the pressure!! Eww
It was so cool being somewhere so new!! I bet the Boston one is amazing too
@@JacobandJennyTravel when you come visit you’ll see! 🤩 Just come in the spring or summer cuz winter here is the worst!
Deal!!! 🤩
I love shark, í just eat and drink nothing with it, but just like 5 - 10 bites each time. I am icelandic
Wow so cool!! We miss Iceland! Thanks for watching :)
I think you were so brave trying the shark, I hate it .. Gave it a try when I was a kid.
The mashed fish (Plokkfiskur) is one of my favorite dish.
Most famous people that come to Iceland take a tour to the hotdog stand, rain or shine there is nearly always a queue.
Yeah it was rough not gonna lie hahaha!! The mashed fish is so delicious though. The hot dog definitely seems like it's a fan favorite! Thanks for your comment Maddy :)
@@JacobandJennyTravel Your welcome guys, I am not a person who comments on CZcams but your videos and your personalitys are so great I had to give you compliments .. I´m on the danish tour with you now. Have lived in Denmark for over 20 years (Fyn) and it´s great for me and my 3 kids that all have danish spouses and kids. Keep being happy and be safe :)
You will get the exact same hotdog in every hotdog stand and almost every gas station on the island. Or in Ikea for half the price. The ketchup is just normal ketchup but the mustard is a bit sweet.
The rye bread is only baked like that in very few places in Iceland. Most rye bread is baked in an oven overnight.
The shark is Greenland shark.
is the food included in the tour? how much was the walking tour?
Yes the food was included in the tour. There was not an option for this tour that was only walking! It has to include the food!
Соседей можно только с абезяньзасранями пускать поиграть где-нить на Луне! 😂
Hahaha 😂
What'up! epic sahring.Jacob!;)
Thanks so much friend!!
