Thats just cinnamon version of black bear. Some black bears appear brown or blonde so they can mimic grizzly bear to scare away predators such as wolves and cougars, it is easy to recodnize them apaet from normal grizzly, they dont have hump, they have point ears instead of round and they are smaller
