Escaping Fear: The Path to Mastering Coddiwomple

I didn’t plan this waterfall, in fact I’ve seen it before but never quite worked out how to get there and wasn’t sure if it was deep enough.
I guess this is what coddiwomple means, unplanned future to come out of fear mentality and I surrendered to into my hike and YES; Amazing first time in this waterfall
Now I live for moments and experiences ;)

How do you stay in so long?!! 🥶 Sorry but my usual criticism applies.. the music free segments are the best bits.. the roar of the water & sounds of nature and your little occasional whimpers at the cold are enough and really add to the feel of actually being there! Love that short silence at the end.. and your Cheshire Cat smile! 😉

And there was me thinking that Coddiwomple was the name of one of the Wombles from my childhood 😆. That certainly looked bracing Emma but you seemed to be extra 'buzzing' when you'd finished in the water. Great stuff xx

Yes it was colder than usual - I was conscious I was on my own and it was a trek to get back :)
