Loved my ‘easy like Sunday morning’ stroll with a nature waterfall swim followed by a cuppa and chin wag!
So nice to be back again (albeit briefly) in the Lake District UK to simplify my life so I can make grounded decisions

After any storm over there all the paths turn into streams like that at the beginning. It's amazing how quickly the becks get in spate in the mountains. Thanks for taking us in with you on this one. I'm just going to put another fleece on now.....🤣xx

I didn’t wear the warmest of clothes and shoes on this walk and so I knew it would be a cold exposure from start to finish. Sometimes it’s nice to have those kinda experiences:)

Last time I went out last Monday it was a big lake and much colder than the watefall I did the week before.
I was on my own at a bothy. Set my camera up and went for it.
I think about others who do it b4 getting in and then go for it. I did make a little noise when I got in. 😂
Another family turned up and they stayed in the bothy later that night. It's the smallest bothy in the uk. Waterfalls run in the lake (reservoir) and wild ponies run free.

I’m actually having a year off from tattoos so no new ones :)
what are you doing to your body. what happens when you are old how will your tattoos look? Why ruin your beautiful skin.
I never wanted to survive into my 30’s and now I don’t care what my skin will look like when I’m old, life is about the here and now for me and I will worry about my appearance tomorrow, I’m more focused what’s going on on the inside :)
