🤣🤣🤣 for real. Fucking Lakers suck. Play defense!
Still got the record 🤣🤣😂😂

i swear watching it just felt like Kareem was dying inside 💀
On God lol
Kareem doesn’t get very much respect in the league as is, this was the one thing he could hang his hat in forever. Now it’s gone. Gotta be tough, man.
He was cool with it. 38 years is a damn long time to have a record. He spoke on it many times, it doesn’t bother him.
@@thedarkfrost2351 he’s seen as top 3 all time by most analysts. 10+ years ago you’d see Wilt in that convo more than Kareem. But then began the narrative that because he “played against plumbers” his stats shouldn’t be as revered by fans.
@@thedarkfrost2351 Doesn't get much respect? Really? Two words: sky . . . hook.
Kareem is looking mad, he's thinking about unretirement.
Yes. Come back and take the all time leading scoring back. Haha

He just a lil senile. He good
Nah Kareem always looks mad!
Nice to see Lebron and Kareem play nice. Too important of a moment, aka passing the torch, to harbor any animosity. Congrats to Lebron on a great playing milestone and doing it with grace.
100%, but I bet, like Magic said, this was probably killin him deep inside.
one day were going to see Ben Simmons take and hit a 3 point shot, and when he does I want the celebration to be just like this 😂 😂
Yup stop the game and all
Actually he did hit one already
😂😂😂😂
One day Simmons finna be the leading 3 point in the whole nba
Ben is everywhere. He's kinda done in the NBA honestly.
Kareem looking like an angry grandpa 😂😂🤣
Yup Kareem wasn't really feeling giving up his record!
Whatever you got someone will someday surpass you. Its a life of turns. Congrats AbdulKareem to Lebron what a moment after 40 years of holding the record.
A man, a husband a dad... so amazing.
Zaddy
You deserve the Scoring Leader Title... Congrats LEBRON JAMES
Can’t take away from him, nobody else put that ball in the hoop more… there’s a lot to say about a player that can continue to play in the NBA for 20 years. That’s a physical testament but also mental, and as I’ve entered my 30s I can’t say how much more you realize long time performers are so mentally strong… even if they sometimes do dumb crap, it doesn’t matter, they kept showing up and never ever quit.. this goes way beyond money too. You could get the hell out with your millions but no, just never ever stopped playing.. and he was killing since his first day in the NBA. Have to appreciate what a thing we are around to see.
A big congratulations to Lebron. You ain't gotta be a fan to appreciate his greatness. He may not be your goat, but for sportsmanship every fan of basketball should appreciate this man.
Kareem was thinking, maaan let’s just get this over with lol. Two legend 💪
When he started walking out on the court. Haha
And lebron was too.
Right, Kareem was over it all ready
Congrats to LeBron James on this great accomplishment. Glad he got to share it with his family.
Why wouldnt he share it with his family? Strange comment 🤣🤣🤣
@@frankmatthews5491 Just saying. It didn't need to be overanalyzed. Some family members can't make it to functions for various reasons.
"the king wears the crown" but when Abdul had the record he wasn't the king. People never gave him his flowers.
From Steph breaking the 3 point record too Lebron becoming the all time scoring leader😮💨👏🏾 these last few years been crazy congrats to Lebron man

This was huge and monumental, this record was thought to be unbreakable, it is amazing
Bro I’m a casual but has lebron won every season as top scorer?
No it was more possible with the amount of rule changes.. teams today score more then a 130 points today with to minimal defense which scoring of this magnitude hasn't been seen since the 1950s, the time Kareem played was more impressive because of the rules on defense specially handchecking. If capt played today he would have more then 50k points. Also lebron plays no defense anymore so focusing on offense only helped alot.
@@tracker4854no.. I actually don’t think he’s ever won a single season scoring title
The record of Kareem is still unbeatable 3 pointers don't count 2233 3 pointers by lebron over 6000 points That should not be counted Steph curry own the record for 3 pointers. Celebrate lebron and that's for 2 pointers and 3 pointers which is not Kareem's record. Pick a lane
@@harveyjohnson7852 yeah..and kareem would´ve made an awesome amount of threes, right? -.-
Congratualtions LeBron James. Thank You Kareem. Both two Legends. 🐐

He just looking around to see how to play his position.
🤣🤣🤣🤣bro was heated inna inside
Don't be like that. He's got a stiff neck and was just looking around without moving.
Seeing the smiles and congratulations when he came on the court says it all.
Looking where are more Akron friends to come to hug LBJ, that was pathetic.
he trynna set-up a play for himself to take back the record
I love MJ more than most as a 53 year old man and I concede that Bron is the goat! All the best to everyone
Kareem hated every moment of that presentation you can tell lebron was goin the record the entire season look how relieved he looked 😂
Kareem still holds the most FGs ever made record, which may never be broken. That's the most impressive record of all.
Hahaha foh
I think having the most points with lesser field goals is more impressive, No?
i love nba “fans” mfs love to try to hate no matter what its just sad
No one cares about that. It's points, assist, and rebounds are the big stats and blocks & steals if you're a defensive player.
@@deeniehyatt3137 exactly, i think its more impresive that he broke the record without having more field goals, but its also good to point out that when kareem played, the 3 point shooting wasnt used as much as when LeBron started playing
I hope Kareem understand this that...Records are made to be broken one day .
Kareem still has the most NBA MVP Awards (6). Two more than Lebron.
Kareem still has the most FGs made record. Lebron probably has to play 4 more seasons to have a chance to break that record.
He didn't understand it that night. He felt a way. He was like now I'm going to be forgotten about!
Kareem and LeBron are not the greatest of friends. LeBron was completely classless before the season with his dismissive comments about Kareem. I’m sure there are other guys that Kareem would rather have lost that record to.
Love him or hate him you got to respect him. No easy feat. I tip my hat off to you Bron.
Respect Kareem Abdul Jabbar because one 3 points only on all careers but he achieves the most scoring in decades
Such a moment for a legendary player.
i always ❤️ the Handshake between LeBron and his 2 sons.
it's Like their Just friends.
i lobe the interaction between father and 2 sons
You can tell Bronny and Byrce are cringing when doing it LMAO
Karim did it more than 40 years ago when the defense was tight!!! Karim is the pioneer!!! It is like inflation
40 years ago 1$ is like $40 now.
Both are GOAT!!!
Playing at that level for that long is an insane accomplishment
$1 in 1983 is equivalent to $2.98 today. You're off by about $37
tight defense or not if you dont have the skill to shoot even you are not guarded if you cant shoots it doesn't make any sense at all...
I thought he said he wouldn't cry when breaking the record 💯🤣😂
LeCap.
LeBron has more assists doing it too
His name will be remembered forever...
Kareem was pissed💀
Yeah it’s a shame, I get they have no relationship, and that’s okay but it seems to get in the way of the respect they should have for one another.
If he was pissed, he would be there. He was totally cool with it, he’s just not an expressive person. He’d show almost no emotion when winning titles.
@@coachrod333 it is a bad look if he wasn't there

King crap ring chasing CHUMP, Lacrybby is no GOAT alwys looking for the easy way out building super team to win a championship
kareem lookin like he was about to use that ball to get his record back
I was impressed with his ability and play-making but have to be honest, never thought he'd break the record, probably that he'd get close and if any one could do it I expected that player to be Durant. For someone who wasn't so focused on scoring it is a testament to his endurance and love of the game. Congrats, Lebron!
It coulda been durant but he spends too much time hurt
He was the youngest to reach every thousand points so... Why can't people give him the credit of being a scorer? Don't get me wrong, he's my favourite player
Durant could have been a candidate for sure but ever since coming back from his Achilles I just which had him miss about 18 months I believe he has just had a slew of injuries and on top of that he is going to be 35 this year plus he is about 12,000 points behind Lebron.
If Luka can have a 20 season career like dirk and play at least 65-70 games every year he might be able to catch it. Bron has never had a major injury though.
I don’t think Kareem really wanted to be there but he kinda sorta had to. Same as when Kareem broke Wilt’s record. Wilt didn’t really want to be there either but he kinda sorta had to. What goes around comes around. Congratulations to LeBron.
If i was him I wouldn’t had come especially if Ain’t want to would of just gave him a tweet saying congrats and went about my day

"Listen Kid, I've been hearing that crap since I was at UCLA"....
The king did it. Pure respect from Philippines.✊🏻👏🇵🇭
It's gonna be sad when lbj retires.
Jabbar and Chamberlain were always my favorites. Then James joined the NBA. I was through watching NBA, by that time, but there's highlights, every morning when you get up. I would say, these 3 guys share the GOAT thingamajig title thingy. James, being outspoken, on the topic of race makes him stand out more than 'CEO Jordan.' You know? I think 40K is the next scoring milestone.
All three players are taller, or in Lebron's case more physically imposing than MJ. Jordan dominated when it was still a big man's game. 6-0 in the finals. He won all his rings with the team that drafted him. He didn't need to leave or play on someone else's team, in order to win a title he stayed the course and took out one of the best defensive, and dirtiest teams in NBA history, the Detroit Pistons. Lebron may share a name, but Jordan has always been the once and future king.
Jordan is the greatest. LeBron was completely classless in his comments about Kareem preseason.
Kareem Abdul-Jabaar is a black belt in karate (close friend of legendary martial artist Bruce Lee), he's had the record for almost 40 years. LeBron deserves this coveted record-breaking "All-Time" scoring champion ie. Wilt Chamberlain, Jerry West, Michael Jordan, Karl Malone or Kobe didn't even get close. BUT . . . . the record of most rings belongs to only one man??? Guess who it is?
They were chasing championships? Most rings idk? Bill Russel?

Congrats to the king LJ but I big salute to Abdul Karen for his amazing 40 years a beeng legend 👏👏
