Hey, I'm having issues with my online labels. When I download them to print it it missed align. Meaning, it shows that it shift to one side, only shift the right more than it is to the right.. I'm not sure if it's the PDF causing the. Do you have any clue that can help?
I've ran into this issue as well. What worked for me was saving my label design with a bleed. ex when saving my label design from Canva i save it using print PDF and i check crop marks and bleed. this will allow you image to print beyond where the document will be trimmed.
