Like all the energies you send through these videos the power and intensity of this one is second to none!! With carefully following the advise here, the room atmosphere lifted and cleansed so much, that I could have almost walked on air!!

Our day has been very stressful that's why I have decided to play this video. Just had open heart surgery a week ago... I am home now but can't sleep to save my life. I usually go to my chair in the living room and sit quietly and try to drown out the pain. Sometimes I get a few hours but most mornings end up watching the sun come up. I am blessed that the operation was a success. But feel like I was hit with a baseball bat. I don't take the opioids for the pain... just a couple a Tylenol each day.

I’m not sure if this does any good, but if it makes you happier to know what a deep context you’ve helped - some very bad things happened while I was away, and my dad slept in my room with very anxious energies. This past week, I’ve been doing my best to rest outside and come back home doing fun things in my room to clean them up. Waking up at night, having nightmares, it was so difficult. I’m so happy I decided to look up ways to clear out energy. Your video gave me a big pulse of good energy, I can feel it so strongly. I wish I could say this helped, though I've been playing this at least a dozen times today. My teenage son has been on a rampage, has thrown my cell phone, thrown my healing crystals across the room, swung things at me and my dog, and finally dumped the kitchen trash all over my bedroom floor. Nothing I say or do or don't do makes a difference. And yes, he goes to a therapist, but his behavior is tacitly condoned by his dad. And no amount of Reiki, or rational talking or love seems to make any difference. I feel like I have to forbid my son entrance to the place that should be his home. And now my bedroom even smells like garbage. And some of my crystals are broken, for all my a Reiki (I'm a level two) and prayers and healing crystals. I feel like a fool for believing these would help.
Hi Graywing, It may be clearing it, but if your son has behavioral issues that are constantly causing the negative energy this will not work, because he is constantly creating it. Everything you mentioned is complimentary and should be used in conjunction with medical help. He needs serious medical help and you may wish to seek counseling to get out of a very dangerous situation. Blessings, Lourdes

This is what happened today after I put this video to play. I decided to leave this Reiki video flow to play (on loop) until come back from the city and left home with my favorite cap in the pocket of my jacket. The cap, which means a lot to me and it has a special story -somehow fell out of pocket during going back home -to my flat and my building that I wanted to purify with your Reiki power in this video: What to do but to say goodbye to it and I wished that someone nice found it and would enjoy wearing it...BUT, when I entered the elevator , the cap was inside, in the corner; nobody took it, not neighbors not visitors...the cap was waiting for me! SO COOL! It is maybe for someone nothing, but for me it had a bigger meaning and value...I hope You understand...thanks Mrs Lourdes!

Hi Jaiveer, If you are having problems concentrating, I'm going to suggest my videos for Studying and Reiki for Clarity and Focus. An energy exercise you can do to balance your left and right brain hemispheres is to doodle "figure 8's" every chance you get. Try using crystals like Fluorite and Pyrite too. Meditating can calm your nervous system down to allow you time to meditate. Although there may be a mystery around your father's death, these tips can help you achieve your goals. Good luck!

Thank you Lourdes. My son has been in therapy, but his dad (14 years my ex) generally undermines it, forgets appointments. This is learned behavior, which is why I'm no longer married, but it's painful to see this being transmitted to my son, painful that my only recourse is to remove myself from parenting my son...leaving him with a father who is angry and very unaware of his role in his son's attitude towards me. I can go to therapy all I want, but that's not going to fix my son...he needs help, discipline, and a better male role model. I'm broken hearted and utterly perplexed about what to do. It's one thing to have an abusive spouse, another when the abuser is the child I feel a great responsibility for. I've been doing reiki, meditating, setting up a meaningful crystal meditation grid that my son just destroyed. I really need to sweep all the anger out of my house, out of my life. But I want to help my son, too, and I don't know how anymore. I've been playing your videos for weeks now, others as well, thought they might be helping, but everything exploded last night. I look at my crystals and want to cry. Do I need to cleanse them now?
Hi Graywing, Walking away from a child is the one of the hardest things to do, but right now, it is self preservation. You can continue to do the energy work from a distance.
The crystals do need to be cleaned. Leave them in moon light for at least a month to recover. Then put them in a bowl filled with dirt for another two week. You have done all the right things and should continue doing them from a distance. There is one last thing I am going to suggest and that is to read Raymon Grace's book,
The Future Is Yours: True Stories about Dowsing, Spontaneous Healing. Then his book Techniques That Work for Me (from his website, better price than Amazon) shows you how to use what he suggests. I have had very good results using his techniques with Reiki, grids, and prayers for achieving goals. I wish for you peace and love. Blessings, Lourdes
