I discovered your channel by random last week. I never did reiki online until I woke up with lower back pain one morning. I got the thought to google reiki online to see if it would help. Within 3 minutes, the radiating pain in my back just evaporated. I was very surprised because I didn't expect anything to work. I then watched about an hour of your videos on emotional blockages, fear, self esteem and I noticed a definite shift in my state of being for the next week- there was an inner peace I felt which resulted from simply feeling more centered and balanced. I noticed that in this state, the background chatter of my mind dissipates and I feel calm and can focus and feel happier. It's almost as if it helped dissolve the issues of the ego.
This morning, I started feeling less centered again and so I tried this video. Within about 5 minutes, I just felt this inner shift that also directly influences my mind and calmness of mind and presence. So, what is happening? Is it true that when I'm feeling uncentered that some of my chakras are blocked? Thank you.
I’m thinking that that is definitely something very personal but in the most cases, yes. I do recommend you watch a reiki video that you will feel good with might unblock it. Also if you are an empath, I recommend watching early morning reiki video that will prepare you for the day. I love the one by Rachael Reiki. It’s important to follow your intuition and feel whichever video feels good to your needs, kind regards (a reiki practitioner).

You may need to do a search for them since they were some of my earlier videos. They will show you different ways you can clean them. Hope this helps. Lourdes
