You can use this as long as is needed for any fear. Saw another post from you before it disappeared, but to receive a Level 3 attunement from Lourdes, you need to take her level 2, which is the foundation for her level 3 course. I will gradurate from college soon and I am working as an intern in a company which now offers me a position. However, I was so disappointed by the incredibly low salary offer...Therefore my classmate (who is also an intern in that company) and I decided to quit.

For example, people who appreciate and respect you, an easy commute, the amount of hours you want to work, a job that will challenge you and make you happy, and any other thing that you want out of a job. Then spend 5 minutes thinking about how good it would be to have that job and how it would feel. Feel the energy of that job. During those 5 minutes use Reiki for achieving goals. The most important thing when using the Reiki video for achieving goals is to feel as if you already have it. Be positive. Also be open to any type of job that feels right. For most people Reiki can help them, but there are people who may have deeply rooted challenges where extra help is needed (for example a medical professional). It could be that your fears are deeply rooted in your past and you may need more personalized energetic help as in a counselor/therapist/psychologist to find out where the fears are coming from and to work with you weekly in getting over them. maybe it's not exactly fear that's causing the panic attacks. u might need to dig deep to find the root cause. lot's of emotions give off similar physical symptoms. u could try reiki for panic attacks, anger, uncertainty, loss, guilt, abandonment, sadness, emotional blockages...just to name a few. try the video for a brief time daily might also help- if you have blockages and some severe physical symptoms-releasing some of it could feel like a high dose of the problem because the energy is being processed out but through blockages still feels bad...hope this helps
