- Walter "Blacka Pearl" Boyd remains one of the most loved Jamaica footballers of all time. Sadly, the football world did not get to experience the full extent of this unique talent. He was taken to the 1998 world cup in France but for unmentioned reasons he was used only as a substitute. Only those who were privileged to see him in action can appreciate what a talent he was. Here we present just a touch of this unique talent called Walter Boyd. Enjoy!

Yes that's true Boyd is a legend
INDISCIPLINE CAUSED HIM NOT TO REACH DIZZYING HEIGHTS!! WAS A VERY TRICKY & SLIPPERY WINGER AND A JOY TO WATCH!
One Walter Boyd my Baller
One of the skillest ever to lace a boots..Just if he was more Discipline...
My idol this the general blacka pearl never forget the goal he score against Mexico that was my first game a watch on tv 😊
Remember that goal, it was magic.
He was an immersive talent, any time he touch the ball you know something could happen and he could make world class defenders look like schoolboys.
Wish he had done better with coaches because I think he could have made it as a star at any level.
@@TheBobkestell glad you highlighted his total indiscipline...talented man but needed great encouragement...his rebellious energy could have been repurposed better ...I'm quite sure he has regrets
Who siad he was in discipline?
The greatest showman a hat represented The Reggae Boyz💯💖🥅⚽🏃🌟
IF ONLY WE COULD TURN BACK THE HANDS OF TIME..WALTER WOULD. RULE
The black pearl is a gem #killa

We need to see more clips of walter boyd. This just a finger tip. Thank u anyway. But please put out more clippings of this gem
I agree, this is not even a finger tip bro...it's sad that clips of him are not readily available but we are working on something special if we manage to pull it off.
Blacker great
Leon Bailey please watch this man please
Why should he do that, when he is way above him
@@patrickmcdonald3441 u feel Leon could make the 1998 and make a team in England at the time when Walter a play lara average is no good like Steve smith but who is the better batsman do the math that me a talk about
Better than bailey by a mile
@@marcgazza4645 what u smoking no where in the world Leon can beat a defender back in the early 1997 to 2005
big up you tho.
1pearl
Very talented but lock of discipline holds him back
I'm Jamaican and he was a great talent but hard headed and had no discipline, typical egotistical maniac of a personality. Now when we talking of a complete player and I rate him above Walter boyd and he was a class act on and off the field being from the Caribbean hands down is Mr. Russel latapy from Trinidad and tobago. Being Jamaican this guy was so dynamic also know as The little magician. He is one the best midfielders to come out of the English speaking Caribbean. For the people who know what I'm talking about, they would not disagree
I love Walter, but I think Wily Boo's skill is a notch over Walter 🤔🤔
Oh gosh if him did just have some discipline .he would be the greatest of been the best in ja. I know him must be sorry.
Waste of a baller. He could have made history with Man United had his attitude been better.
Very skill but very stupid..this man Mashup his career because of discipline
