    I watched your video and tried cooking egusi soup. It turned out very well. I received compliments from all the members of my househood. Because of that I was asked to cook party egusi soup for the birthday party of my sister in-law's 2 year old son. My God the soup was delicious. Everybody that came showered compliments on me.     I'm taking an African Lit course this semester and have been reading this dish mentioned in each work. My curiosity brought me here (thank you, ma'am, for sharing this video) and now I'm wondering the dish's taste, if anyone is kind enough to describe it for me. Oh I'm from Malaysia btw, and have never gotten the opportunity to try African dishes so far.

    I don't eat egusi when i was in Nigeria because i dont like it but since i came to abroad, i got tired of eating junks and i decided to cook egusi soup spending so much money at the end i got it wrong. But thanks for your program because you made it simple and straight forward for even a lay man to understand.
