Doesn't look healthy by any standards. The amount of oil there is insane, please share some healthy recipes instead of these oil guzzling ones.
In rajasthan using more oil is a standard method as its generally very hot so in earlier time making dish in more oil prevented it from spoiling and staling. But you can always make it in less oil.
