On our recent visit to Jaipur, we came across Mahaveer Rabdi Bhandar and they have been selling one of the most famous dishes Aloo Pyaz Paneer along with Matka Roti and Lacche wali Rabdi. This 100 year Old place makes almost 200 kgs of sabzi everyday along with 100 kg Rabdi and more than 20 workers work day in and out to make this a success.. This is from 30 years ago. I entered Fort City from Chandpole and proceeded on the right side footpath. I was very hungry. On asking someone, I came to know that I will get Bejar ki roti and potato, onion, cheese curry at the corner of the street ahead. He said you will enjoy lot after eating it. Thirty years have passed, I still remember the taste.

बात 30 साल पहले की है। मैंने चांदपोल से फोर्ट सिटी में प्रवेश किया और दाहिनी ओर के फुटपाथ पर आगे बढ़ा। मैं बहुत भूखा था। किसी से पूछने पर पता चला कि मुझे आगे की गली के कोने पर बेजर की रोटी और आलू, प्याज, पनीर की सब्जी मिल जाएगी. उन्होंने कहा कि इसे खाने के बाद आपको बहुत मजा आएगा। तीस साल हो गए, स्वाद आज भी याद है।

Looks very delicious, little oily but okay to eat once in a while. With so much business they could invest in better cooking methods and cleaner ways. I am not worried about any parasites in the food, they were probably dead in the hot oil and heat of the mixture. Good video please show them how other cleaner places make food just as delicious.

मै जयपुर से ही हु और यहा पर लगभग हर चौराहे पर महावीर रबडी भंडार के नाम से दुकान मिल जायेगी
टेस्ट मे हर जगह का अलग टेक्सचर है
लोकल को तो पता है की सही जगह कौनसी है लेकिन जो बाहर से आते है वो सही जगह पहुँच नही पाते है अगर सही से लोकेशन बताई होती तो पहुचने मे आसानी होती
वैसे चादंपोल और छोटी चोपड के बीच मे मिश्रा राजाजी का रास्ता (गली का नाम) है वहा पर है
वहा भी आपको इस नाम से 5-6 तो मिल ही जायेगी
वेसे यह जयपुर की लोकल डिश है हर घर मे बनती है
