I did a full review of this particular pool in a prior video ( amzn.to/2yy0aKo ), but wanted to show you how I approached the cleaning process since there was nothing in the instruction manual on this besides "clean". It was surprisingly easy to do and 100% natural: I used some Dawn soap and water - no abrasive or dangerous chemicals. Just scrubbed with a soft-bristled brush. The idea is to clean after each use...a 10-minute investment that will prevent mold, mildew, and other nasty stuff from building up. Also, how to deflate and store this monster pool is simple. Dry, deflate, fold, and store in a Rubbermaid.

Ha! If our summer pool tub was labeled “Halloween” we’d never find it in our packed to the ceiling garage 😂. Thanks for the vid!
I have a very similar pool and I’ve found that if once you open the holes to release the air from the pool and just walk away for a few minutes, when you come back it’s completely flat and really easy to fold from there.
Thank you so much for this video. I was lucky enough that my parents got me one and I want to be able to help clean it
You are so welcome!
@rogershaw5440 this is the way every parent hopes to raise their kid… to be thankful ❤️ you’re a great son!
A good tool to use when scrubbing the pool clean is using the O Cedar spin mop. Its a gentle microfiber texture and gets in those small hard plce to ge tthe dirt cleaned.
Vulnerable to piercing and slashing damage. Resistant to bludgeoning damage.
Thank you so much for this video!
You are so welcome!
Do you have a way to keep the water cleaner for longer? My problem is that I hate wasting that much water every day or two during the summer months
I hear you, it's SO MUCH water. I don't currently have a filter in place, no. Perhaps some else has an idea, or there's another CZcams video out there? If I do think of a solution, I'll definitely post a video. Cheers!
@@ThisBetterHome thanks a lot, and thanks for the video.
❤
Thank you so much!! I couldn't find any videos on how to clean the pool before putting it away! But did you wait till the pool completely dried out before deflating?
I first deflate to drain the pool (easier and faster than using plug). Then, I inflate again while it dries. You don’t have to keep inflated to dry but water can hide in any folds.
Currently trying to take ours down right now and I'm all like how to store it.
Thanks
Sure!
We haven’t used our pool since july 5th last year and there’s mud and holes in the pool do you prefer us to buy another or just clean it and patch the holes but there are really tuff mud stains on it which are hard to remove
Your call. If it were mine, I'd always try to clean and patch first before replacing. But if it were all moldy and patches too large, I'd probably opt to replace. Good luck!
@@ThisBetterHome Thanks for your opinion
Video on Sun Squad Inflatable pool doesn’t show or tell how to Deflate the pool
I need that nozzle
