I think the only way to do it is to show Grand fleet at the center and the rest just the pirate ships with the visible flag. Then in diferent moments show more in detail each of the allied groups

This narrative gives me awful flashbacks to Naruto and how everyone said that about him in the series without ever explaining why he had such a power. I really hope if Oda does throw that upon luffy he explains it in a really convincing way without any exaggerations and "hidden" powers per se.

Smoker is till respectable, evn if his fights so far re never giving him troom to show that. Its proably sword, and kuzan is likely in sword a well. Also dont forget tashigi. Jonathan would be nice in there too, but he is only anime so not sadly. I can see sengoku join them too for garp and tooppoe that great cleansing.

I disagree on the absence of some characters. I can see the final war being a total nostalgia-fest As we saw in the 3 parts colored illustration, Oda is pretty skilled for drawing tons of characters on the same page.
I hope it trumps Marineford but Marineford was so Epic not just the scale and story but for me the shock factor, Strawhats litrally turns the world on its feet for 1st half and still against the Marinford forces they looked like kids and that's what shocked the world and made it super interesting, plus seeing the scale of the world. Right now everyone now knows that scale and there wouldn't be much shock factor anymore. I hope final war trumps Marineford but I don't know how would that level of shock be introduced now. SWORD might not be allies. The Sword faction might just be a special operations type of faction in the Navy, not an opposing faction for the Celestial Dragons. It was never said that they were against the WG, they were only implied that they were against them because Drake had no clue what CP0 is doing in Wano, which is abnormal for a WG organization to be in a non-affiliated country. Sword might just be the “CP0” of the Navy and they could be working together, Drake is just confused on why a WG organization is abnormally lurking in Wano.

I’m interested on what you think about possible Marine defectors. I know you’re a big advocate for Smoker joining the Straw Hats, but other marine characters have flirted with moral ambiguity as well (Garp, Fujitota, Sengoku, etc.)
There is nothing morally ambiguous about Sengoku. He is very ruthless and willing to execute innocent for the "greater good". He is the type of guy like Ozymandious from Watchmen. He is willing to sacrifice few innocent for the sake of thousands.

I think kid would be apart of the alliance. It’s not like he’s joining the grand fleet or anything, it would be an alliance against a common foe similar to wano.

In all the one piece videos I’ve ever seen only Morj has given my boy Wyper the credit he really deserves. In no other arc have I seen a character introduced to the story who was a conqueror’s haki candidate more than him.
I personally expect a "Dog Tooth" Pirates to emerge from the ashes of BM Pirates and be apart of Luffy's Pirate Alliance at the end. The fracturing of the crew discussion prior to Wano seemed like foreshadowing for the first half of that to happen at the very least. The mirror of Luffy having children of former Rock's crewmembers allied with him seems significant too.
Makes me wonder how the world goverment side will be presented. Like they have superior forces, but in terms of relevant/named characters its not as many as luffys side is being set up to have. When it comes down to the actual fights that get focus, I wonder who else besides the straw hats will get matchups and who'll theyll get matched up with.
I think the WG probably will also get several nations to fight with them, that would balance the war and we would see new enemies different form the ones at Marine Fors
The only kingdoms that would join the strawhats are the Sakura Kingdom, Alabasta, Dressrosa and mabye Kano country due to the Happo Navy and Prodence Kingdom. All of the others would side with the WG.

My pet favorite has been 'Urouge' for the longest time because I want him to give us more insight into the other sky societies, it would be so funny/happy to hear how Enel might have hurt him deeply, find out Luffy beat him and could be the best match to beat him again if he comes back.
I'm gonna go ahead and say, regardless of Law's life and death status, the Heart Pirates will be with the Straw Hats. Beppo is definitely gonna side with Luffy if anything happens to Law. Law doesn't have to be alive for the Heart Pirates to help them. I'm also gonna say that Bonney is also 100% gonna side with Luffy just to destroy the WG, if nothing else.
@@AqwDragulum TBH, I think Katakuri may be able to bring a team he leads to the final battle. I think Oda had a purpose for having Big Mom invade Wano and that is so that the Strawhats can defeat her. He set up the writing of Whole Cake Island such that Katakuri gave Luffy the win after he promised Katakuri that he would defeat Big Mom. So Wano is the perfect opportunity to do so, and much of the members in Wano are the ones that may conflict with Katakuri if he decided to aide Luffy. So their defeat would open the ability to take over the family and as such he would have a reason to aide Luffy since Luffy gave him the opportunity to take over. This will then give Luffy the following of much of the current Yonko minus Blackbeard. I can see him getting support from Marko (former Whitebeard group), Wano (former Kaido kingdom), Katakuri (former Big Mom family) and of course Shanks is somewhat a given (unless Oda does some dark twist at the end). Just my thought though.
I personally believe that Eustas Kid is going to acquiesce to Luffy after we learn of his particularly tragic backstory. I understand the desire for an unfriendly rival to Luffy, though Blackbeard already serves that master. I want to believe that Kid will ultimately be a more nuanced character; we don't necessarily agree with him, but we can understand his reasons.
This is the same issue with Wano, as the war goes on, there will be literally no one on the opposite side. Revolutionaries and characters like Fujitora or Aokiji will undoubtedly help Luffy in someway. Oda will probably go on to hype up SSG so that it will be simply another Numbers faction. It's possible that even some of the celestial dragons will come and help Luffy. I really hope Oda take his time to hype up villain faction whether it's WG or BB pirates rather than hyping them up for one chapter and defearing them in next chapter.
That’s why I’m hoping the Navy takes its own side in the war and goes against the Straw Hats and WG. It’d be pretty boring if multiple Navy powerhouses sided with the Straw Hats, like it would make it too one-sided. Either way, I doubt there will be major side switching, I only see Garp aligning with Luffy, maybe even Kuzan, too, since he’s technically a pirate now. Every other marine has a bitter taste or disliking for pirates; Fujitora, Kizaru, Sengoku, etc., they don’t like or trust pirates. If these guys switch sides, then we won’t get any awesome fights or anticipating moments.

If the whole two sides of the same coin thing is true, then I think someone close to Luffy or the straw hats will betray them in the middle of the war the same way it happened to Whitebeard at marine Ford. Vegapunk is also going to play a major factor one way or another
Not everyone has to be on just Luffy’s or the WG’s side. Blackbeard will probably be involved in this final war as well, making it a 3-way. Add in Big Mom and Kaido (who probably won’t be dead, just severely nerfed in their forces) and you might even have a 4-way.
its more likely BB will be defeated before the final war. Strawhats are likely on track to fight BB crew before or at laugh tale, before they discover the true history of the world and the true evil of the WG. As for big mom and kaido, I don't see why they would join the war assuming they are alive and capable of joining. They are both trying to become pirate king, but by the time of the final war luffy will be pirate king (assuming what I said before is true). So they'll have no real reason to join the war unless they are fighting on either the WG side or luffy's side.

I mean, surely that's how the interactions are gonna go. Luffy will most likely not be handing out orders to EVERYONE. I think it might not be as clear-cut as that, but we can totally expect Sanji to be handling the interactions with Germa and Jinbei handling the interactions with the fishmen etc etc
All that talk and you didn't even mention what Shanks was gonna do? Especially after LUffy shows himself to be SHank's equal or superior? This assumes he doesn't die before the end, but I find it very unlikely that Shanks and his crew wouldn't join with Luffy in the final war if he's still alive.

Just listening to this man say the Allies of the straw hats gives me a vague vision in my mind of the 2-page spread panel that Oda will draw for the final battle, even if it's just speculations, it still gives me goosebumps just by thinking about it.
I'm interested specifically in where Crocodile will show up again. Seems like he was building a new crew (or maybe bounty hunters?) with Daz Bones after Marineford and I really want to see him appear again in some meaningful way whether before the final conflict or to side with Luffy and co. to take down the World Government since I think he would prefer for them to go down and would likely side with a giant pirate group in such a conflict even if he still doesn't really like Luffy... But I hope we see him sooner than the big finale, honestly. We see seeing Lucci again which is cool and I don't believe we've seen the end of Enel either, but Crocodile is still my favorite villain and was being set up to go to the New World and finally get stronger again and I hope he gets some time to shine with some Haki feats and stuff (like a DF awakening, though I could see his DF already being awakened from Alabasta too) before the end!

I feel like Katakuri won't be the one to push the Big Mom Pirates to help Luffy. Pudding will take point on this and Katakuri might give the appearance that he's following along reluctantly only to keep his family safe.
All the mentioned allies along with garp, dragon, all of revolutionary, shanks pirate, mihawk, aokiji, fujitora, ryokugu, coby, smoker, gin, mr 2! All these people may be on luffy's side (definitely not on government's side) . In enemy's side we have only Akainu, Kizaru, Imu, cp0, and marines. Imagine what kind of enemies and their powers are waiting for us in future considering enemy side always has to be overwhelming than protagonist side.

What about Bon Clay and the New Kama in Impel Down? Escape may seem like a low possibility but if the Marines pull some forces out in preparation for the war, that may give them a chance to get out.
The revolutionary army will definitely be on Luffys side. Garp may even abandon the world government due to both his son and grandson being on the opposing side. There's also Baroque works. I think Gecko Morias crew will join since they were betrayed by the WG. Mihawk might show his face. Honestly most of the warlords are probably angry about their titles being revoked and end up siding with Luffy.
Garp will never betray the marines he doesn't like the world government but he still hates the idea of pirests more and he stay a marine even after he's technically retired and after everything he knows, he always gonna bring justice to the world as a marine I'd he follows his som and luffy if will only ruin his character same for coby, do u think every good guy will just follow a pirate because he's doing the right thing he'll no the navy is a better place to do good

well, first of all there's the entire marine army that would probably be much bigger than what it was during Marineford (considering the stakes would be much higher so they'd summon more of the army spread around the world and also Akainu probably increased the power of the marines since then). there's also the whole improved pacifistas gang. there's CP-0 too. the gorosei could be super overpowered, for all we know.

I have a counter argument for the East Blue part. I think the introduction of Betty and her fruit basically CONFIRMS that East Blue will be present at the final war in some way. I also think Skypeia will HAVE to play some role in the final war. The whole of Skypeia-Jaya is the location with the STRONGEST CONNECTIONto the Ancient Kingdom and Blank Century out of any islands the SH has visited

You could make a case for Arlong in East Blue, maybe he’ll see Jinbei and feel betrayed by his brethren and then realize that the straw hats are really great and that they’re trying to save the Fishmen and stop the racism, he’ll feel touched that a human can fight so hard for something the outcome of which does not really affect him (Luffy’s gonna be so strong after Wano and just imagine if Oda STILL gave him a power up in the Elbaf arc, he’ll be able to pretty much hold out his own if he’s attacked by anything that isn’t the entirety of the Marines, which is unlikely to happen because the one piece world doesn’t just revolve only around him, and that’s something we’ve come to understand over the years) and plus he STILL DIDNT APOLOGIZE TO NAMI :’(
The only people I would add on to this list are first up: Some marines who aren't 100% loyal. That includes the likes of Coby (and most likely Helmeppo), X Drake, Kuzan, Garp, Smoker and Tashigi aswell as Fujitora. They all have a connection to the Straw Hats in some way and if the WG got exposed, I think they would choose the strawhats. You only gave it a passing mention in the video but the revolutionary army would also join the fight. Even if Dragon doesn't care for Luffy, Sabo and Ivankov do. You also have the connection between Koala and Jinbe and Robin to work with. Finally Shanks and co would help and be needed to get Buggy into the action. No other character has quite the same stranglehold on Buggy as Shanks. Finally finally a second Impel Down breakout seems likely if only to get Bon Kurei out of there. That would also free Doflamingo whiich could serve as a neat paralell to Crocodile during Marineford.

I think Foxy will be a serious ally to Luffy. Foxy represents the other normal pirates who would join up the pirate king when a world war would take place. He has one of the biggest and divers crews of one piece, with cultural ties to the ways of Rocks. If he is not on Luffy's side which would be odd thinking that Luffy re-drew his flag (which would be sign of affiliation) he could be an ally of Blackbeard due to the ties with rocks (Davy Back Fight). I think that Foxy and hos crew and Long Ring Long Land are easy to overlook but I'm sure the themes and characters of it would have their parrs to play in a major or minor way.

SWORD might not be allies. The Sword faction might just be a special operations type of faction in the Navy, not an opposing faction for the Celestial Dragons. It was never said that they were against the WG, they were only implied that they were against them because Drake had no clue what CP0 is doing in Wano, which is abnormal for a WG organization to be in a non-affiliated country. Sword might just be the “CP0” of the Navy and they could be working together, Drake is just confused on why a WG organization is abnormally lurking in Wano.

Videos like these make me excited for what happens after the Wano arc and the potential One piece still has all these years later.
In all the one piece videos I’ve ever seen only Morj has given my boy Wyper the credit he really deserves. In no other arc have I seen a character introduced to the story who was a conqueror’s haki candidate more than him.
Urouge might be a reason the Skypeia might fight depending on his background and motivations
My man named all characters major to minor but straight up forgot about Shanks and red-haired pirates.
I personally expect a "Dog Tooth" Pirates to emerge from the ashes of BM Pirates and be apart of Luffy's Pirate Alliance at the end. The fracturing of the crew discussion prior to Wano seemed like foreshadowing for the first half of that to happen at the very least. The mirror of Luffy having children of former Rock's crewmembers allied with him seems significant too.
Makes me wonder how the world goverment side will be presented. Like they have superior forces, but in terms of relevant/named characters its not as many as luffys side is being set up to have. When it comes down to the actual fights that get focus, I wonder who else besides the straw hats will get matchups and who'll theyll get matched up with.

I'm gonna go ahead and say, regardless of Law's life and death status, the Heart Pirates will be with the Straw Hats. Beppo is definitely gonna side with Luffy if anything happens to Law. Law doesn't have to be alive for the Heart Pirates to help them.
I'm also gonna say that Bonney is also 100% gonna side with Luffy just to destroy the WG, if nothing else.

@@AqwDragulum TBH, I think Katakuri may be able to bring a team he leads to the final battle. I think Oda had a purpose for having Big Mom invade Wano and that is so that the Strawhats can defeat her. He set up the writing of Whole Cake Island such that Katakuri gave Luffy the win after he promised Katakuri that he would defeat Big Mom. So Wano is the perfect opportunity to do so, and much of the members in Wano are the ones that may conflict with Katakuri if he decided to aide Luffy. So their defeat would open the ability to take over the family and as such he would have a reason to aide Luffy since Luffy gave him the opportunity to take over. This will then give Luffy the following of much of the current Yonko minus Blackbeard. I can see him getting support from Marko (former Whitebeard group), Wano (former Kaido kingdom), Katakuri (former Big Mom family) and of course Shanks is somewhat a given (unless Oda does some dark twist at the end). Just my thought though.

I personally believe that Eustas Kid is going to acquiesce to Luffy after we learn of his particularly tragic backstory.
I understand the desire for an unfriendly rival to Luffy, though Blackbeard already serves that master. I want to believe that Kid will ultimately be a more nuanced character; we don't necessarily agree with him, but we can understand his reasons.

This is the same issue with Wano, as the war goes on, there will be literally no one on the opposite side. Revolutionaries and characters like Fujitora or Aokiji will undoubtedly help Luffy in someway. Oda will probably go on to hype up SSG so that it will be simply another Numbers faction. It's possible that even some of the celestial dragons will come and help Luffy. I really hope Oda take his time to hype up villain faction whether it's WG or BB pirates rather than hyping them up for one chapter and defearing them in next chapter.

That’s why I’m hoping the Navy takes its own side in the war and goes against the Straw Hats and WG. It’d be pretty boring if multiple Navy powerhouses sided with the Straw Hats, like it would make it too one-sided. Either way, I doubt there will be major side switching, I only see Garp aligning with Luffy, maybe even Kuzan, too, since he’s technically a pirate now. Every other marine has a bitter taste or disliking for pirates; Fujitora, Kizaru, Sengoku, etc., they don’t like or trust pirates.
If these guys switch sides, then we won’t get any awesome fights or anticipating moments.

They wouldn't join Luffy and a bunch of criminals, even after Luffy saved Alabasta, Smoker still tried to kill him. Fujitora also doesn't like pirates, he isn't an ally of Luffy, he let Luffy go because he saved Dressrosa. If Luffy assaulted a Celestial Dragon again and Fujitora was sent to take care of it, he would go after Luffy, he wouldn't say "no". They don't dislike the marines/Navy, they dislike the WG. It's the Navy's boss that's bad, aka the World Government.

Not everyone has to be on just Luffy’s or the WG’s side. Blackbeard will probably be involved in this final war as well, making it a 3-way. Add in Big Mom and Kaido (who probably won’t be dead, just severely nerfed in their forces) and you might even have a 4-way.
its more likely BB will be defeated before the final war. Strawhats are likely on track to fight BB crew before or at laugh tale, before they discover the true history of the world and the true evil of the WG. As for big mom and kaido, I don't see why they would join the war assuming they are alive and capable of joining. They are both trying to become pirate king, but by the time of the final war luffy will be pirate king (assuming what I said before is true). So they'll have no real reason to join the war unless they are fighting on either the WG side or luffy's side.

I'm interested specifically in where Crocodile will show up again. Seems like he was building a new crew (or maybe bounty hunters?) with Daz Bones after Marineford and I really want to see him appear again in some meaningful way whether before the final conflict or to side with Luffy and co. to take down the World Government since I think he would prefer for them to go down and would likely side with a giant pirate group in such a conflict even if he still doesn't really like Luffy... But I hope we see him sooner than the big finale, honestly. We see seeing Lucci again which is cool and I don't believe we've seen the end of Enel either, but Crocodile is still my favorite villain and was being set up to go to the New World and finally get stronger again and I hope he gets some time to shine with some Haki feats and stuff (like a DF awakening, though I could see his DF already being awakened from Alabasta too) before the end!

I feel like Katakuri won't be the one to push the Big Mom Pirates to help Luffy. Pudding will take point on this and Katakuri might give the appearance that he's following along reluctantly only to keep his family safe.
All the mentioned allies along with garp, dragon, all of revolutionary, shanks pirate, mihawk, aokiji, fujitora, ryokugu, coby, smoker, gin, mr 2! All these people may be on luffy's side (definitely not on government's side) . In enemy's side we have only Akainu, Kizaru, Imu, cp0, and marines. Imagine what kind of enemies and their powers are waiting for us in future considering enemy side always has to be overwhelming than protagonist side.

What about Bon Clay and the New Kama in Impel Down? Escape may seem like a low possibility but if the Marines pull some forces out in preparation for the war, that may give them a chance to get out.

The revolutionary army will definitely be on Luffys side. Garp may even abandon the world government due to both his son and grandson being on the opposing side. There's also Baroque works. I think Gecko Morias crew will join since they were betrayed by the WG. Mihawk might show his face. Honestly most of the warlords are probably angry about their titles being revoked and end up siding with Luffy.
Garp will never betray the marines he doesn't like the world government but he still hates the idea of pirests more and he stay a marine even after he's technically retired and after everything he knows, he always gonna bring justice to the world as a marine I'd he follows his som and luffy if will only ruin his character same for coby, do u think every good guy will just follow a pirate because he's doing the right thing he'll no the navy is a better place to do good

well, first of all there's the entire marine army that would probably be much bigger than what it was during Marineford (considering the stakes would be much higher so they'd summon more of the army spread around the world and also Akainu probably increased the power of the marines since then). there's also the whole improved pacifistas gang. there's CP-0 too. the gorosei could be super overpowered, for all we know.

I have a counter argument for the East Blue part. I think the introduction of Betty and her fruit basically CONFIRMS that East Blue will be present at the final war in some way.
I also think Skypeia will HAVE to play some role in the final war. The whole of Skypeia-Jaya is the location with the STRONGEST CONNECTIONto the Ancient Kingdom and Blank Century out of any islands the SH has visited

You could make a case for Arlong in East Blue, maybe he’ll see Jinbei and feel betrayed by his brethren and then realize that the straw hats are really great and that they’re trying to save the Fishmen and stop the racism, he’ll feel touched that a human can fight so hard for something the outcome of which does not really affect him (Luffy’s gonna be so strong after Wano and just imagine if Oda STILL gave him a power up in the Elbaf arc, he’ll be able to pretty much hold out his own if he’s attacked by anything that isn’t the entirety of the Marines, which is unlikely to happen because the one piece world doesn’t just revolve only around him, and that’s something we’ve come to understand over the years) and plus he STILL DIDNT APOLOGIZE TO NAMI :’(

Straw Hat Alliance steamrolls the WG
The only people I would add on to this list are first up: Some marines who aren't 100% loyal. That includes the likes of Coby (and most likely Helmeppo), X Drake, Kuzan, Garp, Smoker and Tashigi aswell as Fujitora. They all have a connection to the Straw Hats in some way and if the WG got exposed, I think they would choose the strawhats. You only gave it a passing mention in the video but the revolutionary army would also join the fight. Even if Dragon doesn't care for Luffy, Sabo and Ivankov do. You also have the connection between Koala and Jinbe and Robin to work with. Finally Shanks and co would help and be needed to get Buggy into the action. No other character has quite the same stranglehold on Buggy as Shanks. Finally finally a second Impel Down breakout seems likely if only to get Bon Kurei out of there. That would also free Doflamingo whiich could serve as a neat paralell to Crocodile during Marineford.

I think Foxy will be a serious ally to Luffy. Foxy represents the other normal pirates who would join up the pirate king when a world war would take place. He has one of the biggest and divers crews of one piece, with cultural ties to the ways of Rocks. If he is not on Luffy's side which would be odd thinking that Luffy re-drew his flag (which would be sign of affiliation) he could be an ally of Blackbeard due to the ties with rocks (Davy Back Fight). I think that Foxy and hos crew and Long Ring Long Land are easy to overlook but I'm sure the themes and characters of it would have their parrs to play in a major or minor way.
i can see Moriah joining as well, considering Perona's relation with Zoro, and the fact he most likely wants revenge for his "dismissal".
Hey Morj, idk if you’ll read this but I have an idea for a good analysis video. “Why Luffy represents the true meaning of being a martial artist” he’s a skinny little kid with the will power and skill to win. He’s suffered defeat plenty of times but always grows from his losses and bounces back from it.

From east blue, I would be surprised if the Baratie didn't show up. Zeff was portrait as a powerful pirate that traveled in the Grand Line and came back. Zeff is, probably, stronger than a lot of people in the grand line.
