There was a Butthole Surfers album called PCEP, but I don't recall one called P. The guy screaming and singing here, am guessing you know, is gibby Haynes of the Butthole Surfers, who is friends with Johnny Depp. And it is their band that's called P. It's just friends having a smoke, a drink, and a good laugh. And Johnny enjoys this loose acid rock n roll/acid-rockabilly thing that the Buttholes were renowned for, which generally most rock/metal fans will never understand. To me it just sounds like stoner/acid rock n roll before it leaves the garage, and we'll before its ready for main stage, but I'm used to that so dont mind it.
In short, P, and Butthole Surfers are two different bands, bit both contain gibby Haynes (who also did vocals for "jesus built my hotrod" by Ministry. Gibby is an acid-rock/garage-punk die-hard. And Johnny has been a friend and fan since Gibby's Butthole Surfers heyday.
